Description of the Big Sky vacation house rental
Welcome to the old Big Sky Firehouse. Located in The Meadows of Big Sky Montana, the character of this property is enhanced because a part of it was once the Big Sky firehouse. Of course the fire poles and trucks are gone, but the history of this property adds to it's charm. The property was moved and remodeled and a new addition was built to transform the 3,200 square foot home into the perfect lodging destination for your Big Sky vacation.
The first floor great room has a cathedral ceiling with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The room surrounds you with windows and mountain views. Don't be surprised if you wake up to a moose at your door in the morning. There are plenty of moose sightings. A large kitchen with a breakfast bar and large pantry, a laundry, three bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths complete the the first floor. The lower level has two bunk room and a full bath. The second floor has a large loft area, full and and a bedroom with two twins.
