Your beach home is a spacious, 1 BR, 1 bath, luxury condo in The Royal Orleans located in Redington Beach, FL. Built in 2006 this property is private with all units opening to a center gated courtyard. The complex is furnished to offer all the comforts of home. It has two double beds and the den includes a queen sofa sleeper. A baby bed is also available. Furnishings are all new and offer a fresh tropical feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room and living room offer a comfortable way to relax. It includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and house wares. There is a heated pool. A fully equipped children’s playground is just next door to the building. And, the beach is directly across the street. We are located on a barrier island with a variety of choices of restaurants, shopping, fishing, water sports, miniature golf, and amusement parks. Nearby is Desoto State Park, John's Pass, Redington Pier, StarLite Cruises, Clearwater Aquarium, and more.
