You fly thousands of miles to be at the ocean. So why not stay at Beachfront condo where you can walk to the ocean less than one minute! Many other condos are located across a busy street, a long walk from the ocean. Check the available dates on our calendar. Our rates are much less than other full ocean facing Royal Mauian units!

Our condo is next to Kamaole 1 Beach, a long swimming beach. Not all beaches are created equal. It is also next to Kamaole 2 and Kamaole 3 Beaches. They are all within walking distance. Kamaole 1 Beach is featured in Hawaiian calendars and professional photographs.

Our Condo at Royal Mauian: Our 2 bed and 2 bath condo has a king size very comfortable Simmons Beautyrest and two twin beds. Each room has an overhead fan. It has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, VCR, CD, private telephone, washer/dryer. Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature(82 degrees). Our condo is conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that you do not have to drive all the time.

Oceanfront lanai has view of neighboring islands and walking access to well-maintained grounds. Beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, kitchen areas with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala , West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great whale watching in winter.

Kihei, Maui: Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boat leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse back riding.

Recently renovated, our ground floor condo offers many advantages. Kamaole 1 Beach is accessible from our lanai through well-maintained oceanfront garden. You just walk out through our lanai to enjoy a quick swim or watch the sunset on luxurious soft grass or lie on a chaise lounge under a palm tree with your favorite book and drink. Royal Mauian is highly rated at many travel sites by many visitors.

Golf: There are may golf courses near by. You can plan in private golf courses in Wailea which is located just south of Kihei.

Ideal relaxing Maui experience

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has felt like our very own beach house: plenty of comfort and convenience, the ocean at our doorstep (complete with turtles!), but no useless frills. Just our style! We made good use of the kitchen, the lanai and the grass and beach just outside. The natural foods store across the street, fantastic snorkeling only 15 minutes away at Makena, easy drives to the airport, Paia, the start of the Haleakala road and Hana highway, surfing lessons for the kids just a few minutes away, the many restaurants, the Aloha spirit of owner Tomoko and her right hand Keiko during our preparations - I could go on and on about the factors that helped make our time in the Islands magical. Mahalo!

It was everything that it said it was. The owner was friendly and flexible with our arrival and departure dates. The owner went out of her way to make sure we knew about all the area had to offer. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need to feel at home. The grounds are lovely. The sunsets are breathtaking.

Hope to Stay at you Condo Again!

I am sorry we have not written sooner to thank you and to tell you how much we enjoyed using your condo in September. It was everything we expected and more! Your suggestions and information about the island was a great help. We were really able to relax and enjoy the beaches and especially the sunsets... in fact we were all set to eat at several of the restaurants but ended up cooking on the grills on the roof and just relaxing at the condo. We have decided to return in a few years and would hope to stay at your condo again. I was a wonderful trip. Thanks again.

Comfortable and Wonderful

Dear Tomoko
I just wanted to let you know that I had an absolutely wonderful time in
Maui with my family. We all wished we could have stayed there longer. Your condo was comfortable and wonderful. The beach was so inviting and the tropical fish were amazing. We did the bike ride from the top of Haleakala, we all took a surf board lesson, we went to Lanai for snorkeling trip, then of course we ate at Mama's Fish House and Sansei sushi restaurant. Thank you for your great recommendation. I woke up every morning at 6am, then either took a walk with my friend or did snorkeling while all my family members were still asleep. We even saw a sea turtle right off the Kamaole 2. We were greeted by hundreds of dolphins on the way back from Lanai. The sunset from the condo was breath taking. So many beautiful memories!!! We would love to come back and stay at your condo again.
