Cancellation & Keys: If cancellation is made more than 30 days before occupancy, 10% of fee paid will be retained. If cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before occupancy, 25% will be retained. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, 50% will be retained. Personal checks are acceptable for payment of rental and security deposit. Payment by credit card available with a 1.0895 charge.All reservations for 'Holidays' must be received 15 days before the effective date. A Key Lock Box is near the entry door and the code will be sent after the payments are received.

Misc. other: Other summer activities are primarily hiking and cycling. The trails are numerous but generally require car transportation. The bike path is at the end of the building, going to all of the slope areas. Bicycles are for rent 3 blocks away. Boats can be rented at the Marina, one black away. There are many summer activities at the Amphitheater, and also a Sunday church program. Our condo is family owned. Golf: There are courses at Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mt.. Call to the courses for details. Information from Great Rentals is to be available soon (see below).
