This gorgeous 6000 square foot home is the perfect spot for that special event, wedding, family reunion or corporate retreat. Our home is made for entertaining....with a 8 man outdoor hot tub, in ground fire pit beside the pond, 1500 square foot entertainment floor with billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, gym and weight room and wide screen TV. Enjoy the sunrise from one of the five decks, overlooking the famed Cold Mountain. We are located just 25 minutes from Asheville, 5 minutes from Waynesville and 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our estate includes over 5 acres of well landscaped yard, surrounded by over 300 acres of undeveloped land. Perhaps a hike up the mountain would be to your liking. This 1.5 million dollar home can accommodate up to 20 people. It is equipped with two gourmet kitchens and many high end furnishings and amenities. This is the perfect home. Our family had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the game room, making smores by the firepit and relaxing in the hottub!!! The view is absolutely beautiful!!! The weekend was a "10".

The views from this property are spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone with a larger group needing to get away from it all. Plenty of space and the gameroom is great for hours of fun. Waynesville is also a very interesting little town with a great down home feel to it. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation

Our family getaway was outstanding. The home was spectacular. After a day of sightseeing in the area, our kids couldn't wait to get back to the game room. No ammenity has been spared. We cannot wait to come back again.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at your beautiful home! Thanks so much for making everything so special. We never knew there was SO much to do in that area of the country. We plan to be back soon! Next time we will spend a bit more time up on the blueridge parkway----that was awesome.

What a beautiful place! Is was perfect for our family reunion. Exquisitely decorated, amazing views and gorgeous sunrises. We didn't use the hot tub but it was very inviting. Great rec-room for kids of all ages and the kitchen a dream come true. Thanks for all your kind help. We are already thinking of booking it for a business retreat in the fall.
