Waterfront home located on Cape in Pocasset on Wings Neck Rd. House has private beach 40 yards away, with stunning views of buzzards bay, cape cod canal, and bridges. House has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths. Downstairs has an in-law apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bath w/ shower, living area and kitchen with access to back patio. House has central air for those muggy cape nights. Wings Neck is minutes from the Bourne Bridge, quaint town with beautiful beaches and restaurants close by.

Wings Neck Rd is located in Pocasset only minutes from the Bourne Bridge. This quaint town offers beautiful beaches and restaurants. Many attractions include biking or walking the cape cod canal, golfing, fishing amusement center w/ go carts, outlet shopping and a quick ride to the Woods Hole Steamship ferry for Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Nearby at Kingman Marina you can charter a boat for fishing trips, site seeing and sunset cruises and then have dinner at the Chart Room.

My family and I found this home outstanding. It was beautifully decorated and the accommodations were more than ample. The scenery was breathtaking. The house was fully supplied, very clean and comfortable. The online photos do not do this home and location justice. You have to see it to fully appreciate it.

The pictures on line do not reflect the meticulous details built into this home.Our party consisted of 6 adults and 3 children under 5 . The views are great from kitchen,dinning and living room. Deck was safe for little ones and the view was unobstructed by "cable" railings and large enough to accommodate all. A true Dream Home.
