The Spanish Bell Casita is situated in a turn of the century compound just a block away from the historic Guadalupe District with many restaurants, unique shops, farmers market, and Sanbusco Center. It is less than a half mile walk to the Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe, which is surrounded by galleries, museums, restaurants and shops. Canyon Road is also within walking distance. A short drive takes you to Santa Fe's famous flea market, world class opera, ski area, and casinos. The Casita is beautifully and comfortably furnished with antiques and oriental rugs. It has striking stone, wood and tile floors, fireplace, skylight, vigas throughout, off street parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV with HBO, and two enclosed, private courtyards. A unique spiral staircase takes you to a bedroom suite with a king size bed and half bath. The bedroom opens to a roof top terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee at sunrise, daytime sunbathing, sunset cocktails, and star gazing at night

Adorable and comfortable

This was our first time in Santa Fe, and we didn't even want to go out because the Spanish Bell casita was so nice and comfortable. We made a fire in the fireplace one night and enjoyed the sunrise in the 2nd level bedroom in the mornings. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking, and there are great markets nearby. The only small problem is that the living room was a little chilly but it was extremely cold outside so I wasn't too surprised. I would stay again in any weather. Also, the casita is walking distance to the Plaza and rail yard shopping areas and many sights and restaurants.

Decor was wonderful. Cute and cozy. Rooftop deck was nice for sunbathing and star watching. Great little house. Pictures don't dp it justice.

The Spanish Bell Casita

The Spanish Bell was in a perfect location fro enjoying a vacation in Santa Fe. It was cozy, very clean, very well maintained, interestingly decorated and we felt right at home there. I especially appreciated the opportunity to stay in a casita. It was an easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road and many good restaurants to enjoy the great food. We enjoyed our authentic breakfasts at Dominics on Guatelupe St. and a great evening meal at Tomasitos. I only wish we could have stayed longer and we would definately recommend this to our friends and families or anyone who wants to relax in Santa Fe.
