- 5 BR, 3 Full BA, 2 Half BA, Sleeps 10.

Spacious townhome on ocean block of Dagsworthy St. in Dewey Beach, DE. About 60 yards from the beach,

this house has a superb view of the beach looking over the Dewey Beach Lifeguard Station. Each floor has

a deck both front and back. The 14 townhome association (The Perch) has it's own private entrance to the beach! Located about a one minute walk from Nick's Subs, Wings to Go, Primo Pizza, Dairy Queen and a beach shop, this house is extremely convenient for those with children. Also within walking distance, (4-5 blocks)

are at least 6 excellent restaurants, and 4 great nightclubs. Rehoboth Beach is about a five minute drive away where there are dozens more superb restaurants, and great outlet shopping at the many Rehoboth Outlet malls.

Golds gym is located about one mile from the house. In the evening on our street, the dewey beach lifeguards have organized activities and games for kids. This house will be a winner with everyone on your trip!

This property does not rent for weekends from Memorial Day until after Sept. 30

This property not rented to High School Seniors

This property rents for either 5 day weeks, Sunday at 6 pm until Friday at 3 pm, or

7 day weeks which run Sunday at 6 pm until the following Sunday at 3 pm.

Dewey Beach has the ocean on one side and Rehoboth bay on the other. This offers a unique combination of

ocean activities and bay activities within minutes of each other. There are numerous restaurant's with a variety of menus and price ranges. Enjoy shopping at the many outlet malls located just a five minute drive north on Rt. 1.

Antique stores are another attraction in the many small surrounding Delaware towns.

Other Activities: World Class Shopping.
