Fabulous Ocean View looking toward Koko Head. Watch the spectacular sunrises while enjoying breakfast on the lanai and watching the morning news. The entire home has been remodeled in 2006! The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinets. The bedrooms have new carpet and beds. The living room has all the comforts of home, with new furniture and Cable TV/DVD/VHS player. The master suite includes cable tv/dvd player, private bathroom with large shower. It has the amazing ocean view and contains a king size bed and sliding doors out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen cable tv and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with flat screen cable tv. Enjoy Hawaii in this quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. The city bus stops across the street for easy access to the Kahala mall, Waikiki and all other Oahu attractions. While enjoying dinner on the lanai, listen to our selection of Hawaiian music.

Notes: We have 2 sets of golf clubs, one for the guys and one for the girls. We have a portable crib and a couple of toys located in the master bedroom closet. We also provide snorkel gearl, beach towels and beach chairs. These are located by the washer and dryer. For the elderly or those who have trouble with stairs - parking is at street level and you must walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Just stayed with our toddler for two weeks - wonderful ocean/valley views, tasteful and comfortable decor, very accommodating owners, great neighborhood and location. Would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone who wants to stay relatively close to central Honolulu in one of the better neighborhoods on O'ahu. Also a wonderful place for former kama'aina. A great find. Mahalo nui loa, Kari and Fred!

Aloha Fred and Kari,

Thank you for the opportunity to rent your lovely home! We had an amazing 10 days in paradise and truly appreciated all of the comforts you provided. The ability to pack "light" given all of the amenities in your home, was a real bonus, and allowed us to purchase lots of island souvenirs and gifts to bring home to family and friends. It was nice to be able to eat-in when we wanted and fire up the grill or cook a full sit-down meal whenever we pleased. Travel to and from all of our destinations was a piece of cake as your property is ideally located and convenient to major highways with public transportation close by. After returning from a full fun-filled day at the beach, swap meet, or shopping, it was nice to spread out and relax back at home. We made good use of the many (5) TV's (we even brought along our own Wii for the kids) and fantastic views and cooling breeze from your lanai! Would certainly recommend your home to others!

Thanks Fred and Kari for a wonderful
experience. We had a group of old
college friends stay at their house for
a wedding. We are so thrilled we chose
to rent a vacation home instead of
staying in a hotel. The house is as
beautiful as everyone says, has a great
view and is very well taken care of,
comfortable. Fred and Kari did a
really good job of helping us through
the rental process, and preparing the
house to include everything we could
possibly want or need. We liked
staying at the house so much that
sometimes we gave up on going out and
just stayed around and relaxed. All in
all, staying at the house has made this
vacation one that I'll remember
forever. Thanks again!

We just returned to cold and snow from our wonderful two week stay at your Hawaii home and wish we could go right back! It was a perfect fit for our four kids, ages 7-12. The house was a great retreat after a day of activities and conveniently located to everything we did. We particularly enjoyed the lanai with views of the ocean and the valley. We even saw a whale spout one early morning. Your house was well-equiped and clean and suited us very well. Thank you! (Mahalo!)

Welcome Home!

Midwest Family Reunion Wisconsin

Our family lived in Aina Haina in the 1960's and decided to return for a family reunion. The rental house was awesome! All basic supplies (soap, TP, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.) were ready for our use. The house was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. Our family enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching the sunrise every morning. The ocean and valley views are tremendous! The house is within walking distance of the Aina Haina Shopping Center which has a grocery store, bank, post office, library and several restaurants.(Make sure to have an Icee at the Doe Fang store). It was very easy to have our meals right at the house, which saves a bundle compared to staying at Waikiki. The house is also conveniently located in relation to highways and beaches. Getting around on Oahu is no problem from this location. If you don't feel like driving, the bus stop is located right across the street.
Fred and Kari's attention to details and comfort is outstanding! We had a great time at your house. Mahalo Nui Loa!!
