Immaculate Air Conditioned, Non Smoking, No Pets, Brant Beach Oceanfront with unobstructed views from either floor. This house has it all, great beach and located centrally on the island. The house is in Brant Beach about 1 mile South of the causeway. There is a handicap beach access ramp adjacent to the property. The house is elevated on pilings with plenty of parking and outside showers. DSL WiFi High Speed Internet Access. Pet boarding available close by at Lucky's Bed & Biscuit. You must be at least 21 years old to rent.

Plenty of Restaurants and cultural activities close by. Surflight Theater, Movie Theaters, Fantasy Island Amusements and Arcade, Bay Village and Viking Village for shopping, Barnegat Light House. Barnegat Light and Beach Haven Party Fishing Boats.

Pet Boarding Available: Pets can be boarded close by only 10 minutes from the house. Lucky's Bed & Biscuit is in Manahawkin. You will pass by it on the way to and from LBI. It's a brand new facility. You can even view your pet from a web cam if desired. They accept Dogs, Cats and Exotic animals.
