Come spend some much needed away time at this clean, tastefully decorated condominium located in the fabulous Loon Mountain area. Forest Ridge is one of the most sought after developments in Lincoln. You will have everything that you need at your fingertips for an effortless getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped if you're cooking, or try one of the great area restaurants. The master bedroom, has a full master bath, and sliders to a very spacious private deck. The family room also has sliders to the deck and has a cozy gas fireplace to keep you warm on a chilly night. Floors are warmed with radiant heat. Total sleeps 9 ppl. All rooms have TV/cable/DVD. Steps away from the front door you will find the million dollar clubhouse that boasts an Olympic size swimming pool and hot tub all heated to perfection. If it's exercise you want, there is a gym with a full locker room, steam room and showers and running trails. Free Shuttle service to the mountain is avail on weekends & holiday weeks

You are only 1/2 hour away from Tilton Outlets and Lake Winnepesauke. You can visit The Basin, Lost River, and many more well known NH Landmarks. There are Many fine Restaurants where you can enjoy Live music and great food. Forest Ridge Condominiums one level, first floor: A quiet and peaceful community but convenient to Lincoln and Woodstock Area. It is in the heart of the White Mountain Region. You will find great views of the new South Mountain slopes and a very relaxing atmosphere where you can get away from it all. The Clubhouse boasts a large deck where you can soak up the sunshine and take a swim in the heated pool and soak all of your troubles away. There is a hot tub as well. There is a free shuttle that will take you to and from the mountain so no worries about parking. You will love the views in the area and the friendly warmth from the people in the town. Everyone is in a festive mood all the time. If you go out and have a few drinks you can call the town shuttle and for $4 they will bring you safely to your door.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was very friendly and wonderful to deal with. The condo is very close to the clubhouse and there are tennis courts right accross the street. The condo was warm and we felt very much at home. We hope to be back next year!

we walked in and found a very friendly bear to greet us (stuffed of course) the condo is immaculate and very very comfy. Plenty of room - tennis- pool- hot tub, ahhh it was exquisite. We WILL be returning as soon as possible. The owner was very easy to deal with. We booked it the day before. She was very hospitable and accomodating.
