Enjoy this quiet setting while sitting on a large rear deck overlooking a wooded lot. This clean chalet is located across the street from the lake. Enter into the large living room with fireplace and open floor plan, beamed ceilings, 2 picture windows and deck in front of house. Kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar. The dining room leads onto one of the 3 decks, which includes picnic table and new charcoal grill. There is one bedroom on 1st floor with full size bed. The upper level has a master bedroom with walk in closest, king size bed and private deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and air mattress. There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor and a full bath on upper level. Washer/dryer on 1st floor. Arrowhead Lake is gated community with 2 lakes, 4 beaches and 3 pools. House is close to Club house within the community. Only 15 minutes from Casino.

    Security Deposit $200 weekly/$500 monthly (refundable within 30 days of departure)

  • Arrowhead Lake Community Rates
    Gate Pass: $25 per vehicle (mandatory)
    Amenities Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25 per person per week

    Amenities badges and gate pass must be paid directly to owner. Owner will forward to Arrowhead Lake with association form. Badges are required from Memorial day through Labor day

We found this place to be a very good location, centered among all the atractions the poconos offers, being able to enjoy the very large back deck after driving and exploring was great. The living area had a very "inviting" and relaxing feeling, we hope to get up there again soon. Many thanks to the Imbesi family!!

This is the second time we stayed at this home, and it once again was worth every penny spent. Not only were Linda and Tino very easy to work with, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. I would recommend this rental property to anyone. This is a great property. I had a great time. The kitchen was so pretty, the living room was well organized. The bedrooms were great. I really didn't have any problems. It was in the middle of it all. The driveway was a little hard to back out of. But that was the only down-fall. The costomer service was great. The property owners sent us great information, were always quick to getting back to us. AWESOME PLACE!

We enjoyed our 3 days at your house. The directions, location, amenities were perfect for us. The property was neat and well-maintained. Customer service was excellent. Our dog enjoyed the woodsy outdoors. I would recommend this property to friends and would like to rent sometime in the near future for ourselves. The convenience of a beautiful kitchen was a plus for me as my family likes to eat at home. Our son enjoyed going to the lake. Thank you Linda and Tino for letting us rent from you.

We had a very nice time here, house was spotless great amenties,great location we also could take our dog he loved it too, only problem bbq needs updating.We were very pleased otherwise, thanks imbesi's.
