You will enjoy its 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, central A/C, modern, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, in ground pool, and many other amenities.

Family Friendly Home in South Haven!

My family stayed in this home in August during the Blueberry Festival. It was a great location where we could hear the music and walk to town in just 2 minutes! A walk to the beach wouldn't be bad, but with kids and their toys, it would have been hard to do. But, having a private pool and fenced in yard on the premises made it all worth while. The house was very clean upon arrival and the pool and yard were kept up by the owner. We never knew he was there since he would come in the morning while we were still sleeping. This location was very accommodating to 7 adults and 3 children. The kids especially loved being in the pool (which had its own pool toys and rafts, even suitable for kids), and they loved going to town since it was a short walk.
I would recommend this location for anyone who wants the luxury of both downtown and beach. It was a great experience away from home!

Great Place to Enjoy South Haven

This is a great house and location to enjoy all that South Haven has to offer. The house was clean and well equipped and the owner was helpful and stopped by during the week to clean the pool and care for the flowers.
Everything was in walking distance - downtown South Haven shops, restaurants and the beach.

It was great to have the pool to relax by - although it is not heated - we found it very comfortable if you kept the cover on when not in use.

Would return to this house again if in the area.

Very Enjoyable

Great location. Walking distance from most everything. Very clean house and in good working order. Pool was clean and clear as could be. The yard was landscaped beautifully and very well kept. The owner stopped and cleaned the pool a few times during our stay and was very accomodating. Quiet neighborhood - very relaxing site. I would highly recommend a visit.

Disappointing

The
house is in disrepair and it was very dirty by our standards. I spent 2
hours cleaning the kitchen upon arrival so we could use it and put our
things away. The pool is *NOT* heated and not usable for small kids.
The pool was so cold our little one's lips turned purple after a few
minutes of swimming.
