Elite North Dennis location off of Historic Rt 6A. This 1920's artist's studio has been expanded and updated, but still retains the 'Old Cape Cod' feel. Hidden from the road down a private lane and surrounded by pine trees, the cottage is less than 100 feet from the water. The cottage looks west over Scargo Lake, affording water views and spectacular sunsets from most rooms and the stone patio. This is a wonderful location for families with sailing and childrens' swimming lessons offered at the nearby public lake beach, and a 10 minute walk to Cape Cod Bay. Less than 1 mile to Dennis town center, the famous Cape Playhouse, Cape Museum of Art, antique shops and great restaurants. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. The bath has a clawfoot tub. Cathedral ceiling and fireplace. Kitchen appliances are all newer. Full size washer and dryer. Bring your own linens.
