Harbor Springs is a quiet, charming resort town located in Northern Michigan. Just a short drive to Petoskey, Bay Harbor,Charlevoix, and Mackinaw City-where you can take a ferry across to Mackinaw Island. M119 just north of town is a well known drive in the car-especially beautiful in the summer and fall season or by bicycle. The public beach is just a block away, with a clean sandy beach, playground, lifeguards, picnic tables, and grassy areas to enjoy. You overlook from the longest porch from downtown, the public tennis courts, and the pier where some of the largest yachts and sailboats dock. The Little Traverse Bay Yacht Club hosts a Regatta in July which is a beautiful sight to see. Golfers are in heaven with many courses to choose from.
