Our Mossy Moose Lodge features sunny living room with mountain range views and cozy fireplace, dining room with sliders to deck and gas grill, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, master BR with spectacular views & private bath. Separate floor features a Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom plus family room with futon, and laundry room. Games, movies, and local activity guides in house. Mt. Washington resort has three restaurants, 27 holes of golf, spa, equestrian stables, mountain biking trails, alpine and Nordic skiing, and nightclub all available to the public for individual fees. Free shuttle runs throughout. Grassy yard backs up to the White Mountain National Forest and small stream. Private deck overlooks woods. Short drive to North Conway outlet shopping

Bretton Woods is located in the gorgeous Mt. Washington Valley, part of the famous historic Mt. Washington Hotel resort complex. Home's private yard backs up to White Mountain National Forest. The grand hotel offers all the amenities and nature surrounds us with incredible beauty. Apart from the resort activities of the new Zip Line Canopy Tour, golf, hiking, tennis, horseback riding, and , skiingthere are fine and casual dining restaurants right in the complex. We're just 30 minutes from all the great outlet shopping in North Conway, and 20 minutes from the artsy and quaint villages of Bethlehem and Littleton - full of antique stores.

Find your own trail through the woods behind the house down to a mountain stream or take a 5 minute drive to hotel and follow the paths to swim in the Perimeter Pools, where the river water is deeper, or pay daily activity fee for indoor pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Cook on the grill, eat in the dining room or on the deck. Short walk from the house to the adventure activities on the mountain - Zip Line Canopy Tour, hiking, biking. Or walk up onto the mountain trails and hike up to the top for a picnic. 'Wonderfully equipped' reads one of the guest book entries. 'Fabulous views' reads another. Short drive to the Flume, the train to the top of Mt. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Mossy Moose. The quiet location alone made the settingperfect for a retreat weekend, but then when the fog lifted there was the mountain (with snow on it the first day of our stay). I could easily have spent the weekend sitting in the cozy living room looking at it, but the location here is also ideal for doing many other things like hiking at Franconia and Crawford Notch, going up and down Mount Washington by cog wheel train, sipping tea on the porch of the hotel, having lunch at a lovely cafe in a charming nearby town.

In addition to the great location and outstanding view, I particularly liked the charm and authenticity of this home (i.e. owner's artwork) . Everything to feel immediately comfortable was provided and nothing was overdone. Pulling out of the driveway we talked about how much we'd like to come back again which I think says it all.

Our family recently travelled to New Hampshire for our summer vacation after finding this wonderful home. The dealings with the owner were smooth and carefree and the home was exactly (better!) than advertised.
The home is located on a quiet cul de sac next to a babbling brook. We enjoyed the quick and easy access to the COG Railway, Mt. Washington hiking trails, shopping and a short drive to the Coast.

We were very busy during the day and it was a joy to come back to this tranquil setting for a great family dinners and much needed re-connecting.

We will definitely come back as there is so much more to do.

Our family decided to take a summer vacation in New Hampshire after finding this great house and location. We have a wide range of interests with our 5 year old son, 15 year old daughter and my mother. The house was better than advertised, the location was central and the views of Mt Washington and the Presidentials were outstanding. We enjoyed the COG Railway, hiking Washington, shopping and having picnics by the river which were all a very short distance away. Everyone raved about their experiences and will definitely return as there is so much to do. It was a short drive to the Coast which is how we ended our trip.

The arrangements with the Owners were flawless.

A great experience all around.

We stayed here Columbus Day weekend for a wedding at the Mt Washington. Wonderful accomodations, exactly as pictured. Very clean and layout is exactly as described. We would recommend this condo for any occasion and look forward to returning someday. The communication between the owners was perfect and timely.
