This unique property is located on Narrow River in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Located in Narragansett Bay in an exclusive area situated between Narragansett Town Beach and Pettaquamscutt Lake. The area is considered to be a desirable residential area offering a fabulous vacation like atmosphere. The property is in the heart of prime boating waters (power, sail, kayaking, etc.) and is close to several marina’s and restaurants. The area is also excellent for diving, crabbing, clamming and fishing. You can launch and dock your boat at your backdoor! The expansive views are outstanding and there is ever changing marine activity plus a great deal of wildlife and bird life. Used by power boats, wave runners, canoe’s and kayaks, the river empties into the ocean at Narragansett Beach (great surfing beach), where you can anchor and have full use of the beach. A ten minute drive to historical Newport, URI and 30 minutes to the CT casinos and Providence. The choices are endless!

Winter migration of bufflehead ducks: This spot on the river is a feeding area for the bufflehead duck. You can watch them from the warmth of the house. They arrive in December and stay till march. Many other other migrating birds our found here throughout the winter.
