October 31 to November 20 $700/week + cleaning and tax ($888 total) Thanksgiving - 4 days $700 + cleaning and tax ($888 total) Thanksgiving - 7 days $900/week + cleaning and tax ($1110 total) Tidewater 201 is a three bedroom, three bath east corner unit condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. Our condo has been professionally decorated to welcome the most distinguishing guests. Our unit is located on the east end of the building with a panoramic view of the gulf shore. The living room and master bedroom open onto the post free, Gulf front balcony. The queen bedroom has a private balcony on the bay side of the building with views of the Gulf shore. The third bedroom contains a pair of twin beds to accommodate two more members of your family or group. And the sleeper sofa in the living room will allow as many as eight people to enjoy their vacation at Tidewater. Each of the three bedrooms has private access to a bathroom. Wonderful location on the gulf in Orange Beach. We are about half of a mile west of the Perdido Pass bridge - so you can watch the fishing boats go out to sea in the morning. Since we are right across the street from Zeke's Marina, you can walk to an awesome seafood dinner, take a charter fishing trip, or enjoy a dolphin cruise. There are grocery stores and plenty of great restaurants within two miles of our condo.

When you arrive at Tidewater, enjoy the covered entry leading to the lobby where you will find two elevators. Luggage carts are located in the storage closet off the lobby to help you settle into your vacation home. During your visit to the Gulf, you can use the stairway for quick access to your second floor condo. After passing through the lobby, you will encounter the outdoor pool and the boardwalk leading to the beach beyond. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room are adjacent to the outdoor pool.

Local Activities: The Tidewater building provides easy access to all that the Gulf shore has to offer. You will be located directly across the street from Zeke's Landing (and Marina) and near numerous other restaurants and shops. Gulf Shores State Park is only a few miles away. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is also easily accessible. Several amusement and water parks are nearby for your whole family’s enjoyment. There are a dozen golf courses in the general area that provide a variety of settings and challenges.

If you must check in with your office, at least you can take advantage of our free high-speed (256K) Internet connection (not to mention great views out the window or from the balcony). We would love to have you as our guests during your vacation to the Gulf Coast. Please call or email us to plan your fun.

We were down for our fall break in October, 2006, and absolutely loved your condo. It is beautifully decorated and has lots of extras that other condo owners don't usually provide. I took 2 of my own children & 2 nieces when we went to Orange Beach & your condo was exactly the right size for our extended family. My wife and I stayed at Tidewater 201 for 9 weeks during the winter months of January, February and March, 2006. This was our fourth winter in Orange Beach and must say that it was one of the best. The decor of the condo is excellent. During our stay we had children visit us from Denver, Boston, and St. Louis at various times. They loved the condo and the beach and became quite comfortable there. Perhaps too much so, but they all have jobs and had to leave, albiet reluctantly. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the view. It is wonderful and the photos I took from there were great. Susan and Justin responded to our every request and were fabulous to work with. We hope that we will be able to visit Tidewater 201 again in the future.
