'Aloha' and welcome to our 'Plantation Style Hawaiian Cottage' located in beautiful Kaanapali. This newly remodeled, spacious cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an enclosed lanai. It is nestled in a 10 acre lush tropical complex. Our cottage #21 is only steps away from the heated swimming pool. Located on the sunset side of Maui, Kaanapali is centrally located with numerous island activities. With Lahaina Town and Whalers Village nearby, they offer guests an variety of shopping, fine dining, entertainment, luau's and more. For you golfers, Kapalua(where the Mercedes Open is held)and Kaanapali Golf Courses are just minutes away. Kaanapali Beach is 3 min. walk away. This golden sand beach is great for swimming, snorkeling and memorable sunsets. This state beach(known as Kahekili Bch) is equipped with showers, restrooms, tables, barbecues, and parking. There are numerous other beaches in close proximity. Come and enjoy the beautiful island of Maui and feel the 'Aloha Spirit'!!

Lovely, Well-Equipped Cottage

This cottage was lovely and had all the amenities... Grill, clothes washer and dryer, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and towels, tv, and stereo.

The owners were quick to respond and extremely helpful. They answered several questions about restaurants and places to shop and sites to see.

The price was great.

The only slight drawback was we were further from the beach than we thought. It is only a three-minute walk, but across a busy street and the ocean is not visible or audible from the cottage at all.

As long as you are clear about the beach proximity, this is a fabulous deal.
Owner's Response: When you go across the street, there's a pedestrian signal for your safety.

Our trip to Maui

We recently had the pleasure of spending our vacation at the cottages in Kaanapali. The property was in an awesome location surrounded in a tropical setting. It is within walking distance to the beach and close to Lahaina where there are wonderful places to eat and lots of shopping. We went out on several whale watching trips and saw lots of mamma whales and babies. I am looking forward to going back soon and staying at this wonderful cottage. Everything we needed and more was available to us. We enjoyed cooking and eating in on the screened lanai. A perfect place to enjoy paradise.

great vacation home base

We stayed at the Royal Lahaina last year, it was great, but being able to cook meals at the cottage saved us alot of money. We bought paper towels and toilet paper but didn't need dishwashing soap, people leave their extras behind. We stopped at Costco, the prices were not much higher than at home. Walmart prices were high. Go to the star market for extras.It is just two lights north on Highway 30.The beach is close, great snorkeling, lots of coral.We went through expedia booth (in Lahaina)for the best priced snorkeling trip.( NO TIME SHARE SALES PITCH) The cottage is cozy and quiet,with beautiful sun sets from the screened in lani,we didn't eat a meal inside the house,(why would you with a nice place like this just out the door). Big nice showers with enough hot water for everyone to get ready in the morning. Dont forget your blow dryer. We had a wonderful time! We would rent this this cottage again. Mahalo

Comfortable and Convenient!

I highly recommend this lovely Maui cottage! The beach park across the street is unbeatable as far as the ease of accessibility and its beauty. It is a quick walk away - much closer than I expected. The south side of the beach has perfect swimming and the north side offers coral and fish for snorkeling. Plus, whales put on a display every day for us! The sunsets there were also stunning.

We found three shopping centers in Kaanapali alone, plus there is more just a quick car-ride away in Lahaina. The beach-side restaurants in Kaanapali are also worth the experience. We were able to save money on most of our meals by having breakfast and lunch at "home" in the cottage, which makes it a good alternative to a resort. Plus, it is very private and is surrounded by beautiful plants and happy birds.

The cottage itself was clean, bright, comfortable, and inviting. It has everything you need to make yourself at home. I have stayed in a Maui resort and prefer the experience I had with this spacious and private cottage.

The owners are very helpful and quick to respond.
