Located in a small friendly cul-de-sac, the house is situated on the signature hole (the 9th and 18th double fairway) of the country club. Beautifully furnished, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 people and is perfect for 3 couples or family. . Most guests that stay here say they don't want to go anywhere. Views of the fairway with palm trees, three lakes with waterfalls against a backdrop of mountains can be seen throughout the house and give our guests enough eye candy to make them want to stay put. The pebble tech pool has two waterfalls and a fountain, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail in the elevated spa while watching the sunset and listening to your favorite music piped through the outdoor speaker system. The sun room is all windows and is a great place to curl up with a book, if you can keep your eyes away from the view.

GUEST COMMENTS: After an elapsed time journey of some 20 hours from London England. We were astonished and delighted to be here. Rarely does a holiday home live up to the hype, but this one DOES ! I think, given the company of a good Scotch, I could watch the sun trek over the golf course and mountains incessantly. In Adi I believe we hooked up with one of life’s “Good People.” God bless you for your kind care and attention. In a world with a gazillion exciting places to visit, I’m rather confidant we will be back.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Security deposit is held in the form of a credit card on file.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If notice is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, the 50% deposit will become a cancellation fee.
    Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking. $35.00 per person per day over the 6 person occupancy.
    Other Fees: *$130.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to the total amount of the rental fee
    Other Policies: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool area. Any and all damages to the property must be reported to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter. A credit card is required to insure the payment of any damages to the property.
  • There is a $100.00 utility credit, given to all guests that stay less than 30 days. Anything over this credit will be billed to the guest. Monthly renters pay all utilities.

You can walk out of the back yard gate and across the fairway to make a tee time and pick up your golf cart. Because this home is on a double fairway, you drive by it twice while you are playing. Take a break after the first 9 and come home.Take a quick dip in the pool before you head out to play the back 9. Drive by the house again waving to your friends and family who are lighting the BBQ on your way to the 18th hole.

Take the same short walk out of the back yard gate and go have breakfast, lunch or evening cocktails at the club house. Meet the friendly locals who will give you inside information on where to go while you are in the desert. The people are warm and friendly. You may be invited to a BBQ or a round of golf.

If you don't play golf and just want some R&R this is the place. Close to everything the valley has to offer yet miles away. Sit by the pool all day and let the world go away as you listen to your favorite CD through the outdoor sound system. Most guests re-book the house with extra days so that they can enjoy it a little longer. Treat yourself to the spas of the 1940's in Desert Hot Springs for a day. Places where the film stars of the day used to call home.

Fairway to Heaven

This is a great warm weather get away close to amenities with lots to do if you wish or a great place simply to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. We had a chance to hike in Joshua Tree National Monument and be back in time to enjoy margaritas by the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. Views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the golf course were fantastic.

Second Year in a Row

This was our second year in a row staying in this house. Once again we really enjoyed the wonderful view, lounging around in the large sun room and patio area, and relaxing in the spacious pool and spa. All the accessories we need were there and there were plenty of space for the six of us. Hope to return again some day.

Instant comfort. It takes no time to feel right at home. My stay always seems too short. I never seem to want to leave. I highly reccomend you see for yourself. Words cannot describe it. It's a slice of Heaven.

A very special home. The view is beautiful and the pool and spa is just great. Close to everything and yet still private.

Really loved our stay and we will be back again and again.
