Webster, NH ~ #124 Walker Pond Road. Located on Walker Pond, an unspoiled 190 acre lake, which borders Webster and Boscawen. Pristine, peaceful and private,; A spot to “get away” from the hustle and bustle! Close enough to the city to enjoy attractions, but far enough to relax! And loons if you are quiet and listen! Dock, swimming, great fishing and boating. Small boat for two with trolling motor (6 mph is limit on the lake), canoe, gas grill, exploring, berry picking in season, books, games, TV/DVD/VCR with Direct TV, Internet Access and more! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, romantic, relaxing spot, this is the place to stay... Only 20 miles from NH International Speedway in Loudon!!

Great for fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, skiing, exploring, berry picking as well as shopping, antiquing, sports, side trips, restaurants etc. Easy access to Interstate 89 and 93. The house is convenient to the Capitol where multiple types of recreational activities can be found. Quiet and secluded setting. Only hour away from the ocean, the mountains and more!

It's Late Fall/Early Winter and such solitude!: Fall and the lake is so quiet and serene..... Lots of places to go for walks and enjoy nature; The ski slopes are open and making snow!! Cross country skiing and ICE FISHING coming right up! Don't forget your tip-ups and bait!! Enjoy the views of the lake right from the Great Room! Sit by the fire and be warm and toasty. Just get away from it all and relax and enjoy the peace and solitude! Holiday shopping is only 20 minutes away! Weather it's the Mall or the Outlet stores.....

Winter sports and other activities:: There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas! Shopping, attractions, the planetarium, and more! Great side trips to the ocean or the mountains! Super skiing at many nearby slopes and cross country right out the back door! Pat's Peak Ski Area located in Henniker, NH is 20 miles, and Mt. Sunapee Ski Area in Newbury is about 30 miles! Ice Fishing is out the Front Door!! Don't miss it!

Other Activities: Summer: It's so relaxing to just stay here, but there are side trips to the ocean or mountains!

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon and within two hours was already starting to decompress. This hidden gem is a great place to relax, read, and recharge your mental batteries!

Anything you could possible want or need is right at your fingertips: a fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, tv with satellite channels, books and movies galore, and the linens were oh, so comfy on the new beds.....many more amenities than my own home, and so clean and well taken care of!

The owners are the perfect hosts, explaining all the little things you need to know, and informing us of what's in the area....they also supply a wonderful notebook with all kinds of information and places to visit and eat. This house makes a wonderful "home base" for sight-seeing or shopping.

Would I recommend this to a friend? Without hesitation! And I plan to keep coming back, year after year. If it's peace and quiet you want, you'll find it here.
