Welcome to The Royal River House, have the best of all worlds. Sit on the grand front porch and watch the river float your cares away, or relax under a ceiling fan on the large screened rear porch and gaze into the cool serene woods. Have breakfast sitting on the rear porch with the birds singing to you. The winding stairs take you up to the master bedroom with a bath, queen bed, ceiling fan and a view of the river. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. The main floor features, living room with TV, VCR, DVD, surround system, dinning table , full bath. A large, fully equipped kitchen looks out to the woods. Extra room with a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, king size bed, and 1/2 bath, looks out on the rear porch. Sit on the large wood deck along the river and have lunch, or bring your boat, wave runner and go for a ride. You can tie up to the floating dock. Or drive to Silver Beach in St. Joseph (complimentary beach pass)

Found the property to be very nice and quite.Well off the beating track,being going to St. Joe's for past 6 years and this house is by far the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in. My only complainant would be having to pay a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee,never had to do that before.Having said that, I would still go back next year.I would recommend it to my friends Nigel

My family just got back from this house and LOVED it! We're already planning to go back next year. The owners were so great and friendly. The house is fully stocked for whatever you may need. Even friendly for my 4 kids (ages 2-6). Very clean and well maintained. We loved the included Silver Beach pass. The trip to downtown St Joe was a good distance and is a great place to visit. This was the most relaxed on a vacation I have been on in years. Loved the back porch facing the trees for reading, such peacefulness! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at "our vacation house" as it is that we will definately come back next summer! The yard was perfect for the kids to do fun summer activities and the house was very clean, roomy and charming. It is stocked with everything you need in the way of dishes, laundry needs, cleaning supplies, etc. I will miss the porches where I had my morning coffee. It was great to be right on the river and take our boat out with ease whenever we wanted. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Our stay really was perfect!!
