Ocean beaches are about 90 minutes away from either coast. Grocery stores, shopping malls and churches, are near by. Orlando International Airport is about 34 miles away. Summer Special June 1,2011 thru Sept 30,2011 $100.00 per day (min. 4 day stay) (plus tax 12%) 20% discount per night on room stay when you use the discount code (PKVREN) in your reservation., (cleaning $65.00) You must be paid in full (US dollars only) $250.00 security deposit required with all bookings) Weekly rate $525.00.
Weekly rate $525.00 per week.
Two or more weeks $495.00 per week.
Additional nights stay $85.00 per night.
Week day rates $100.00 per day minimum 4 day stay.
Weekend Rates $250.00 minimum 3 night stay.
One month stay $1850.00 per month.
Two and three months stay $1775.00 per month.
Four month stay $1675.00 per month
Last day cleaning included with all stays.
12 % state and Local taxes are extra per stay.
$250.00 security deposit is required with all rentals, and is refunded within 14 days of departure

Relaxation is what I was hoping for, and it's what I received. Your home here is great and such a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The weather could have been better, but I hope to try this again someday. Thanks for the site-seeing and the wonderful dinners and wine and just being with you both.

We can't tell you how much we enjoyed your home. After a long day of shopping, traveling, and a day at Universal Studio, it's so nice to be able to come to a home that provides privacy and peace and quiet, comfort and a good night's sleep. Our favorite part has to be the Lanai, our first night we watched a storm roll in as we sat outside, how relaxing can it be.

Thank you again for such a wonderful place, we'll be back again.

P.S. This was the first place that we slept where everyone could go barefooted and feel comfortable!!!
