'Water Haven II' is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the prestigious gated community of Canopy Walk located on the Intra-Coastal Waterway. It is perfectly located 25 minutes south of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and 25 minutes north of Daytona Beach. It is a wonderful place to relax and have quality time with the family doing simpler things...going to the 0-entry pool and kids water playground, fishing, biking, enjoying the ocean, going on neat day excursions, relaxing out on the lanai reading a good book, or playing a game of pool at the clubhouse. Golfing and tennis are also big in the area. We are 1 mile from the ocean and a little over an hour from Walt Disney in Orlando. The new European Village with unique shops and restaurants is a great place to enjoy romantic time or fun with friends. The popular city of Daytona is a quick 25 minute drive south of Palm Coast and the oldest city in America, historic St. Augustine, is only 25 minutes north. And world famous Orlando is only 1.25 hours west. This location is also great for you NASCAR fans because of the close proximity to Daytona. The area fills up quick so make your reservation early for the Daytona 500 races.

Notes: This is a small, relaxed gated condominium community only one mile to the wonderful Atlantic Ocean. It borders the famous Intra coastal Waterway. It is a perfect retreat and ideal for family getaways and glorious memorable vacations. The community features a beautiful 0 entry pool area with a hot tub/spa. For the kids there is a wonderful water park play area with slide. The clubhouse amenities include: a grilling area, separate gazebos with fans, his and her bathrooms, a state of the art fitness center and a billiards room. There is a walking path around the community in which you’ll see a hidden kid’s tree house with slide and a sand volleyball court as well as a basketball court. Enjoy nice walks along the Intra coastal and watch the boats cruise by. You may want to walk to the new European Village just a few minutes leisurely stroll along the water.

We stayed at "Winter Haven" for a few days and were vere pleased with the condition of the unit. I was like new with very comfortable bedding. The complex is very nice and right on the Intercoastal Waterway. The owner was nice and easy to deal with.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Alan booked a last minute short stay, I did give him a discount and he was very nice to work with.

Very nice home and great owner to deal with

A very enjoyable home to stay in. This Condo is like new everywhere and very comfortable. The drive in to the complex from the highway is easy, close, and beautiful and green. It felt like a canopy overhead the whole way almost.
The club house is closer to this condo than just about any other, but yet its far enough and positioned such that noise would not be an issue.
The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
We will definately put this place on the top of our list for future visits to Palm Coast
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
