This contemporary-rustic getaway is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Bernard's Bay. It has 260 ft of lakefront and 300 ft of creek. In walking distance is an excellent bar/restaurant that has live entertainment. It is minutes away from marinas, boat launches, boat rentals, fish hatchery and restaurants. Snowmobile trails are just across the road. The sand along the shore is safe to walk in, certainly for children jumping from the dock. The dock accommodates boats up to 16 ft. long. Fishing can be enjoyed from the dock or from the bridge across the creek. Snowmobiling on the frozen lake is breath taking. The yard is big. The private road offers ample parking.
