You'll find every season has the best activities here in the Evergreen, Colorado area! Snow skiing and boarding in the winter, along with ice skating, ice fishing and sledding, dirtbike and ATV tours, fishing, ice fishing, and hiking, and biking in the summer, hunting, camping, sightseeing in the fall, and all kinds of festivals in the spring and summer. Professional football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and soccer, all year long. Gambling at Blackhawk and Central City. Museums, Red Rock Amphitheater, dinner theaters, world class dining to down home eating at the Buck Snort Saloon! Amazing scenic drives in the mountains! The list goes on and on! And all within minutes! That's an hour or less! Or, you can kick back and do nothing. Just sit and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet while you sit in the hot tub! You'll probably see some deer or elk, or a fox, or chipmunks, and lots of birds. So many of our guests can't wait to come back!
The Space:
Colorado Dream is perfect for family visits for relatives getting married at the lakehouse or intimate getaways, which are a couple of reasons we have frequent visitors here. We've had families visit who have family members receiving medical treatment in the area, and we've hosted business retreats. We've had families who were in between homes, and needed a place for a while. We've hosted families visiting relatives in Evergreen.
Whatever the reason, you won't regret your choice! Amazing views and peace and tranquility are what it's all about here. The house is the perfect place to connect with your loved ones! Enjoy dining on the deck, and watching the storms roll across the sky. The sunsets are breathtaking! Relax in the hot tub! Once I was joined by ''Fox E Brown'' our resident friendly fox, who sat next to the hot tub and enjoyed the sunset with me, while I was in the hot tub! All the wild life is a treat to watch! We can't wait to hear your stories!

You can expect a great deal of privacy and relaxation! It's such a unique and relaxing bit of heaven! Slate and knotty pine walls. Aspen ceiling in the kitchen. You can lay in the king size feather bed and watch it snow out of the 21 foot tall windows! Or watch the moon rise over the snow! Enjoy your own private hot tub just outside the front door on the huge deck! Watch the wild life and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as well. You can grill on the deck or utilize the full kitchen inside. You have two TVs, one upstairs, and one downstairs. Also enjoy wireless Internet. This is truly a very special place, you won't soon forget! Perfect for long romantic getaways, and long honeymoons, meditation, writing, painting, etc.
Ski:
New in Evergreen is Echo Park! Just minutes away from the house. Ski Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin. Ski Winter Park, or Copper. Take your pick or ski all of the slopes! We're an hour away! Plus, plus, plus! Prices are less expensive! If you don't have a pass, get discounted tickets here in Evergreen before you go to the slope, and then there's no waiting in lift ticket lines! Just go ski! Everyone in the group can enjoy the ski trip this year! There is so much to do from this location! Visit Lodo in downtown Denver. Ice skate on Evergreen Lake! Shop in Denver or Evergreen. Visit local hot spots and hook up with all of your group after skiing. Enjoy your private hot tub after a day of skiing! Enjoy the whole family or all your friends in a laid back beautiful location with awesome views and a beautiful home as well! This is a great location to do it all!
