Photos and Description of the Hermosa Beach vacation house rental
4 bedrooms,4 baths

Beach front home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bath. Upstairs bedrooms have HD TV/DVD and cable channels, HBO, DVD players and High speed, wireless internet. We sleep 11 people comfortably.

We have 12 bikes all sizes, boogie boards, footballs, volleyballs, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas. The roof deck has 4 Moroccan tables with umbrellas and an enclosed glass bar with fridge, toaster and coffee maker. All towels and bedding are high thread counts. Three spiral Staircases lead to the roof deck. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the turret.

Parking is for 4 to 5 cars. We have a wood burning fireplace and a 52 inch big screen a with Lead singer Karaoke system in the Great Room. Home has a new Bertazzoni professional stove and a new washer and dryer. 1 gas grill and 1 Weber charcoal grill. The entire property is gated. Our home is located on a corner walk street and is right on The Strand in Hermosa Beach. Family Weekends, Weddings, Spa Weekends, Corporate Retreats reunions and all sorts gatherings are held here.

Please send us the details of what you are planning. Because of the nature of the home we have too many inquiries to show it. It would be a full time job. So...after the home is booked and paid for, you are welcome to come in.

We love this house and I can assure you that it is beautiful.

Rate is 1100. Per night. 7500. wk. September 1 thru June 1. The summer rate is 8400. per week. 350 cleaning and $2500. refundable damage deposit are required year round.

The Coach House is an airy one bedroom sits just behind a bigger house on

The Hermosa Strand. This house does have an ocean view and breeze and a deck

on two sides. Two lower level patios are also included in the rental.

It is a separate house with its own entrance. Not attached to front

house. Two sets of French doors bring the outside in.. The house has two

flat screen televisions and a full kitchen. The 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom has a

king bed. We have a very comfortable sofa in the living room. The rate is 600. per night. Cleaning is $250. $1500 Refundable damage deposit is required.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC VACATION

If you want an absolutely fantastic vacation you have to stay at this house. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the rooftop deck was awesome. We loved watching the sunsets and people and pets walk by on the strand. You are only minutes away from the Hermosa pier where all the action is. Great restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance. We loved having unlimited use of the bikes. We rode them everyday on the strand for 10 miles and still did not reach the end of the bike paths. You could ride your bike all the way to Santa Monica. The owner will attend to your every need. The memories will stay with us for a lifetime. Can't wait to go back. Thanks again for the ABSOLUTELY PERFECT VACATION!

What an amazing place

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful home. It was perfect for us because we have older children and they bunked in the coach house while the younger kids, my wife and I slept in the main house. The beach in front of the home was beautiful and clean. The entire family had endless hours of fun sunbathing, riding bikes, playing in the sand and swimming.

The home was clean and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend planning your vacation here.
