Literally steps from the sand this property is located in the most desirable location on the Balboa Peninsula between the Balboa and Newport piers. Just one house away from the ocean and a short walk across the street to the bay. You can hear the waves crashing on the sand at night. Newport has something for all ages whether you come to relax or take in all the activities it has to offer.

Our Newport beach location offers it all!: Family friendly beaches with miles of sand & sea for swimming, sunning, surfing, volleyball, sand castle building and people watching. The boardwalk is fun for biking, rollerblading or walking. Discover crabs, shells and other sea life at the nearby jetties. In the evening, enjoy a crackling fire in the designated fire rings on the beach while roasting your favorite treats and sharing stories. The tennis courts, basketball, kids playground and the bay (Mother's Beach) are just across the street from this charming beach retreat.

Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fine dining, nightlife, bike-kayak-boat rentals, harbor cruises, chartered fishing boats, Catalina Island tour boats, the ferry to Balboa Island and the Balboa Fun Zone (one of California's oldest coastal amusement parks) are all within walking distance. This beach house is just the cutest - blue & white decor
luxury bath towels & plenty of beach equipment on hand.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & parking was not an issue for us. Walking distance to Newport Pier with plenty of restaurants & a small store just around the corner for forgotten items!!
Thank you again for an experience we will look forward to repeating again!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
