Only one block from the beach, with beach access. This villa was fully renovated in April 2006. It could accommodate comfortably a very large family or 2 families of 4. The villa provides a homey atmosphere with lots of large rooms and large windows. It is centrally located across the street from the beach, 10 minutes drive from Bal Harbour Mall, 2 minute drive to Aventura Mall and 20 minutes from South Beach. Accommodations include: 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large living room with a 56” flat screen DLP TV & DVD player, a large kitchen with a formal dining area, a laundry room, a sun room with a day bed facing the back yard, central air. Please note that smoking is prohibited at the villa.

What a pleasure!

Myself, my Husband and 4 other Business Associates spent 6 days at the Center Palm Villa. The yard was manicured and a great 1st impression. Upon entering everything was clean and cheerful with beautiful lg tiled flrs. New Kitchen w/new appliances. The bedrooms were most accommodating a full bath for each bedrm.
The bathrooms were done with granite vanities and tiled showers with great water pressure. (something we lack at home!)
One business member would have liked a TV in her bedrm but, the rest of us enjoy each others company in front of the lg Screen TV in the living room.
We ate at the Cheesecake Factory five minutes away at the mall on Rt 1 and Wm Lehman Cswy. many other restaurants to choose from. We chose to eat most of our meals in to save money. The grocery store was right down the road. We had plenty of room to dine.
The location was in a quiet residential area where the residents were seen taking their daily walks. It felt very safe.
The owner of the Center Palm Villa was a pleasure to work with and most accommodating. Our security deposit was returned within 5 days of arriving home.
Our hats off to the owner!!!
