Summary: Only one block from the beach, with beach access. This villa was fully renovated in April 2006. It could accommodate comfortably a very large family or 2 families of 4. The villa provides a homey atmosphere with lots of large rooms and large windows. It is centrally located across the street from the beach, 10 minutes drive to Bal Harbour Mall, 2 minute drive to Aventura Mall and 20 minutes to South Beach. Accommodations include: 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large living room with a 56” flat screen DLP TV & DVD player, a large kitchen with a formal dining area, a laundry room, a sun room with a day bed facing the back yard, central air.
