This beautiful all season vacation home over 2,900 square foot home is in walking distance to the Lake, Beach and Clubhouse. The 1st. floor layout has an entertainment room which has a pool table and Foosball, a T.V. room with a Queen Futon, half bath and Laundry room. Out those patio doors and you are on a deck with an 8 person hot tub. The 2nd. floor offers a Dining room, Sunroom, Kitchen, Great Room with a 50 in. T.V., DVD player a Bedroom and a Full Bathroom. The 3rd. Floor contains 2 bedrooms and a Full Bathroom. This house is decorated modern with a splash of exotic taste. Outside the house we have a wrap around deck which you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and in the Fall enjoy the colorful Autumn leaves. Stop in the Premier community clubhouse overlooking the lake and enjoy a refreshing drink on the deck to cool you off in the Summer. The home is only 20 minutes away from great skiing at Big Boulder and Jack Frost in which the kids can enjoy snow tubing also.

Also, don't forget to bring Towels..The bracelets will get 8 people in Free to go in the Pool since every 10 years they drain the lake 2009 is the year it will be closed.

Relaxing Retreat!

This house is a nice place to get away from it all. The location is great because it is a reasonable distance from activities like paintball, shopping outlets and restaurants/bars. The property was well maintained and the house was very spacious, accommodating and comfortable. We are going to make it a tradition to visit every year.

FUN WINTER BREAK HOUSE!

The house was gorgeous, very spacious! It had great features and was very modern. The bedrooms were all extremely nice and well put together. The house was very well kept and had a lot to offer. The living room was huge, there was a game room, and the hot tub was awesome. Overall our group had a fabulous time and I would recommend this house to everyone!

Great Weekend Getaway!!

Great location to get away for the weekend. The house is spacious and perfect to stay with family, friends or loved ones. The house is located walking distance to all amenities and is a short drive to the supermarket, stores, gas stations and restaurants. We had a group of 10 and we all had a great time. It was nice to get away from the daily city life and enjoy the tranquility of the Poconos.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very relaxing

Came here last year around memorial day weekend with a group of friends. This place was great. Walking distance to the beach for some fishing and sun bathing. Very cozy house with a hot tub. A great place for a get away from the city.
