Rented this house for a family getaway.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by cobwebs.Where do I begin!There were cigerette butts outside, food left on the grill & beer can on the deck,burnt coffee in the pot.There was food splashes in the microwave.The pillow were so disgusting I didnt want to sleep-thank god my kids brought there own!We had to sleep together since we had limited bedding.Someones swim shorts were hanging on the valance in the bedroom.The shower head trickle out which made showering impossible!There wasnt a shower liner either.The couch had a giant sinking spot- that made it hard to sit on it.The ottaman moved and the dirt under it was gross.I had to scub the coffee table.There was food on the walls and I found an ashtray with butts downstairs as well as pretzels on the mantal.The downstair was much nicer because it was updated.It had a pool table and video games.I tripped on the broken tile harth of the fire place though.Couldnt work the downstairs tv the and the upstair tv wasnt hookup to watch movies.I went outside to find cigerette butts on the roof over the hottub and the chairs were so dirty I couldnt even sit on them.The window were so dirty couldnt enjoy the sunlight!Behind the house was gargage dump!If it wasnt for the deer I woundnt of known I was in the poconos.I Left early and have to say after years of renting in the poconos this was the worst ever!We spent more time away from the house on purpose.This is a frat house and obviously a rental property for money not pride of ownership!

We rented the place for winter weekend. It was very nice, had pool table, jacuzzi and all that needed to be there. Owners were very nice and we paid exactly how it was advertised with no hidden fees as well as got our full deposit back.

Highly recommend.

We rented this home last fall for a birthday getaway with a group of friends, and it was perfect for our group at a very affordable price. The home has a cozy living room off the kitchen, very communal. The outside hot tub was a fabulous addition! There was also a hiking trail about 15 minutes away that we enjoyed. All-around great for a group or family.
