Year Round Friendly vacation home to get away which is around a 2 hour ride from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia. Annual Attractions include: Beer Festivals, Wine Festivals, Blues Festival , Craft Festival and NASCAR Races. In the future the great attractions will be a Golf Club at Jack Frost and a Water park at Split Rock Resort. Your children will enjoy seeing native animals which include Turkeys, Deers and other wildlife right from the yard. When you are in our new 8 person hot tub in the Winter you can see the lights from the Ski resort while you are enjoying the warm water and bubbles in our hot tub. Our Pocono vacation home is newly remodeled and has a NEW 4 person Sauna, a cathedral ceiling, new carpeting and flooring. We have 2 decks in which 1 deck has the 8 person hot tub with a roof over head. Our home is located in Lake Harmony Estates which has access to a private beach with parking. In the Winter we are 5 minutes away from Big Boulder and Jack Frost.

Activities include playing pool and having fun playing with the video games. Outdoor activities include skiing and tubing in the Winter, Walking, bike riding, golfing, dirt bike riding, climbing and ATV riding, horseback riding, swimming, min. golf and driving to the state parks in the warm weather.

Great for large groups (reunions, bithdays and anniversaries)

We are a 20 minute drive from Camelback Ski and Waterpark. The Galleria is minutes away and has a movie theatre, arcade, bowling alley and a Ice Cream Parlour. There are many restaurants nearby which include Piggy's (great for breakfast), Split Rock lodge (Italian and a Pizza Place), Nick's Lake house (Great for Seafood), Louie's Prime Steak House (Specializing in Steaks), Terra Cottage Cafe (Different Sandwiches) and Shenanigins (Bar and nightclub) No this is not a Dream come here and live it!

What a great weekend!

I rented this home for my brother's bachelor party and it was great! There was plenty of room for everyone with lots of things to do. The owners were great as well. I highly recommend this cabin if you're looking for an affordable weekend away!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Presidents day weekend

We went here with a group of 12 adults for a long weekend. We have been renting in the poconos every presidents day weekend for the last seven years. The group agreed that this was the nicest house we have stayed in. The amenities were great. Having a hot tub and sauna on site was amazing. We will definitelty be looking to rent this house in the future.

Great Weekend

Rented this house for my sister's bachlorette party and had a great time! The house was neat and clean upon arrival. We were able to enjoy the deck, sauna, hot tub and beach. Just wish we had more time to explore the area! Overall a great weekend!
Owner's Response: Great to hear that you could have a Bachlorette party and still leave the house neat and clean the way you found it when you arrived and therefore it is a mature group that stayed here and appreciated our home and then there was no problems or complaints. Wonderful Stay!!!

This house was everything we wanted and more! Stayed July 20 thru 22nd. House provided us a very clean setting with awesome hot tub, had no problems with everthing working so we did not have to interrupt our stay at all for things needing repair (we had this in the past). Owners were very accommodating to us and pleasant to work with on this rental. We will definately be back!
Owner's Response: Wow you can really tell the difference with age groups this was a group that was 25 years of age or older and the respected our home and respected us and they know how much maintenance, time and money that is involved in keeping our homes up to date and in working order. Thanks again !

its depressing how bad this house is.

Two whole days went by with no hot water. The owner doesnt respond to phone calls in a timely manner. The laundry machines had dirty sheets inside...along with moths. How the floors were sticky to begin with I dont know. This house is so creepy they should consider remodeling it. The jacuzzi works but the water inside is filthy. Actually - everything your skin touches in this house is filthy.
Owner's Response: We have been renting 17 years in the Poconos and never had such a review and we as the owners take this very serious since this is our livelyhood. First of all we would understand their frustration if what they said was all true but they had hot water through the whole house except the 2 showers and it is just a once in a lifetime happening that 2 broke the same weekend but we immediatley called our regular worker to come over and he said he would be there but then got caught up in another job an hour away so we called the Lessee and told her this but even though it was a holiday weekend we would call another plumber and we did do that and he told us he would be there that night and we got a call from him the next morning stating he would be there then so he then went to our home and found out what was needed and went to 1 store and they were closed but didn't give up there drove further and found another plumbing store but they didn't have the parts so he had to compromise and bought something to at least fix the problem while they were staying there and did that so all was well then. This Lessee was young and had a party there so we are now only going to be renting to Lessees 25 years of age or older ! Also, our house was clean upon there checking in because we go there before every check-in and went through the whole house and our home was left FILTHY from them when they checked-out not before ! The sheets were washed inside the washing machine and were left in there accidently by the cleaners and they did apologize to us for that because they do not leave them in there they always dry them but this booking they just so happened to forget them in there and the Jacuzzi water was crystal clear because we the owners check that too upon check-in. So in the end we did not deserve this review when we did everything possible in a timely manner and will continue to rent our homes in the future in the Poconos with Pride, Kindness and Sincerity to all our customers !
