Family owned and operated for over 20 years. Family compound minutes walk to beach. Well maintained, fenced in yard, quiet dead end street, off street parking for 2 cars per unit. 2 bedroom units sleep 6 (2 full size beds each room), Unit has microwave, TV, cable, full kitchen, porch/deck, picnic table. No pets allowed. Third street off the boardwalk, convenient to all beach activity, sleep quietly at night. Great location for families with children. 3 Bedroom unit now available. (3 full beds - sleeps 6).

Unit Amenities: Off street parking in large fenced in area is available for 2 cars. Porch/picnic table for outdoor dining (provide own grill). Maximum occupancy enforced.

Local attractions: Minutes walking to beach and area attractions. Weekly fireworks display can been seen from the porch. Children's play area located on the boardwalk within easy walking distance. Seashell concerts and nightly outdoor entertainment for the entire family. Enjoyable rain or shine! Local shopping includes shopping at area malls and outlets including Newburyport, Kittery, Portsmouth and North Hampton, supermarkets, close to Portsmouth Historic district, Rye Whale Watching, Hampton Deep Sea Fishing, Salisbury attractions, and of course, the famous Hampton Boardwalk.

Loved our trip in Hampton Beach. I would recomend this cottage to anyone who wants to have a good time and not pay to much. The cottage wasn`t the most beautiful (what do you expect for that price), but it was clean and functional. The year round renters were very friendly and always willing to help any way possible. We were two couples with two babies and all of us had a good time. It was a very short 5 minute walk to the beach and to any activities and unlike the other comments, there were lots of t.v channels. Thank you very much to the owners and we hope to be back to see you soon.

This is the second year we have stayed there and I will not stay there again. The TV is below par and the VCR, DVD player did not work most of the time. The TV stations are minimal, I know that I'm not there to watch TV but when I have down time it would be nice to have more then 9 channels. The first 3 channels do not come in for crap and then you have a spanish channel and a home shopping station. The mattresses were rock hard or you could feel the springs. Flipping every 30 minutes doesn't give you a good night sleep. The unit by the road is a nightmare! People party on the road and in the parking lot just on the other side. Fireworks going off 2 in the morning is not great either. The place is not all that clean either, we made sure to wash everything before we used it. I will be looking else where next year! For money we paid I know I can do better!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My family had it for the week of july 4th and it was perfect. it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach/strip area! the neighbors were very friendly & quiet, we barely saw them and when we did they were very pleasant! The porch is a geat size, the picnic table is great! The home was very clean! Stand up shower hard for toddler but she didnt mind the BIG kitchen sink!! :-)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

awesome vacation

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and neat. Very quiet area, very secure parking. Just the right amount of 'stuff' in cabin, pans/pots/coffee maker etc. No clutter! The mattress's were a bit flat, but other than that an excellant place to rent.

Extremely easy access from 101E, no traffic getting in or out. Quick walk to ocean, near Ashworth and the statue of the Lady. Convinence store near by, off street parking for 2.

Totally recommend this cottage.
