E Brewster neighborhood in Sea view Development set on a lovely hilltop surrounded by conservation. 1 blk to membership tennis courts / 2 safe blks to bike path. 1 - 2 mi to all local bay beaches and Nickerson St Park. Nr the boarder of Orleans means you're also close to Nauset & Coast Guard Beaches in Eastham. This home has all the well thought out accoutrements one would want at your disposal during vacation. Nothing is left out of the planning for your comfort and a memorable Cape stay. Top end Gourmet Kitchen and an outdoor herb garden with all the necessities a true chef would admire. 36 inch SONY TV w/ DVD & 5.1 surround sound. 3-zoned centrally cooled A/C which keeps this home comfortable during those July/Aug mos. European styled Mstr Bth with an over sized Jacuzzi built for 2 right off the Mstr BR Suite. Newly styled w/ Ethan Allen furnishings through out incl mattresses. Friends have said that they've had their best nights sleep in this wonderfully thought out home.

Brewster is an historic sea captain's town located on the bay side of Cape Cod. Est in 1803, the town encompasses approx 23 sq mi, incl over 325 acres of beach and marshlands with 24 ponds larger than 10 acres in size. By maintaining the town's historic character, in 1985, the town took steps to protect its open space and water quality by purchasing close to 850 acres of land. Currently, over one third of Brewster's land has been retained for conservation, open space, recreation and watershed protection. Consequently, Brewster boasts award-winning drinking water and two nationally acclaimed 18-hole golf courses among other recreation sites. Nickerson State Pk contains 400 acres of trails for biking and hiking, camping areas, freshwater ponds for swimming, fishing and boating. Brewster has over 30 art galleries, craft and ant’q shops, most of which are along historic Rt 6A, the old 'King's Highway'. Brewster's yr rd pop' of about 9,600 grows to about 25,000 during the summer.

Toilet is separated and private. 2nd Bath contains dual basin sinks, smaller Jacuzzi for one and also a separate toilet for privacy. First floor Bath is a half bath with toilet and pedestal sink. Outdoor hot/cold shower with that old-world open-air feel.
