Perfectly maintained- Gorgeous views- Luxury condo/lodge

My husband and I arrived at the lodge with our two children (ages 5 and 10) on 1/26/13. The first words out of my mouth were, "Oh my gosh. This is BEAUTIFUL!" The furniture was all modern, the kitchen had granite, the trim around all the doors was top-notch, the furniture was high-end, and the view was simply incredible. The rooms are all very spacious, yet the overall feel of the condo is "homey". The owner has board games available, along with three flat-screen tv's. The big walk-in pantry in the kitchen was awesome! The laundry room was very practical for keeping all of our wet boots and jackets. The whole place was extremely user-friendly, right down to the gas fireplace.
Our chilldren were able to see snow for the first time while in Banner Elk. They made their very first snow ball right outside the front door! Banner Elk has several delicious restaurants in town, and Boone is about 25 minutes away, with all of the modern day conveniences, such as Wal-Mart. Sugar Mountain is just a few minutes away. Each morning I would wake up and (from the deck) see the moon "setting" over the mountains. Even though the photos are really good on this website, the real thing was even more spectacular.
The owner is very organized and easy to work with. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy and relaxing one at his lodge. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again in the future.
