Tom and I moved to Maine in 1997 to pursue an uncomplicated life in a pristine environment with access to the ocean for sailing. We chose an updated period home that is comfortable with modern necessities, has excellent views of the harbor and ocean 365 days/year, and is within walking distance to a myriad of activities.
Carol Latta purchased this house in 1997
Location. Location.Location. Feel at one with Maine and the ocean at Latta's Harbor Haven. Although close to Camden, our home is actually located in less busy but still beautiful Rockport Harbor. The home is nicely appointed but comfortable to enjoy with your family.
The walls of Latta's Harbor Haven are decorated with paintings and photographs from our travels in Maine. My photo is on the cover of the Chamber's 'Discover the Jewel of the Maine Coast'. I will have this Guide sent to you. If you have a boat, our mooring and dinghy dock space is available.
Minutes from the bustle of Camden, we are in the center of Rockport Village and at the base of Rockport harbor. Rockport Harbor is home to Rockport Marine which attracts some of the world's more beautiful boats.

You can walk to restaurants, music, galleries, and a wine shop near the house. Camden is only 1.5 miles.
