Overlooking Rockport Harbor and the Marine Park with its schooners, this historic home been renovated with conveniences and comfort for the modern family. A large, fully equipped kitchen with new GE propane stove top and double oven, is open to the sky lit eating area which faces the harbor, allowing the cook(s) to join in the conversations. The family room also enjoys harbor views while you relax in leather furnishings with cable TV, DVD and fireplace. The music room has a myriad of jazz selections for the stereo; the study provides nautical, Maine and car collector volumes. Rest peacefully in the Master Suite as the ocean breeze soothes you during the summer or walk across the street to the beach or sign up for a schooner sail.
