The breakfast area has its own separate balcony Each bedroom has it's own bath with an extra area in the guest wing This Gulf front 5th floor condo is a rare one with windows on 3 sides so it has an unusually open, airy feel, with more great views; the ocean, the gorgeous lushly landscaped pool, the golf course to the north, & even overlooks the Westwinds waterfall The balcony is an L type that’s larger with more panoramic views since it’s a Gulf Front end unit, plus it has great balcony furniture There are sliding doors opening onto the balcony from both the living room & the Master bedroom A popular requested rental with an updated kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances A queen sleeper sofa in the living room supplements the 2 BR’s accommodating 6 people The balcony has wonderful views of the Westwinds pool, rocked landscaped hot tub area and the gulf.
