New home in a great and friendly community, located next to pool and clubhouse. All the comforts desired on your Nantucket get-away, air conditioning, beach chairs, bikes, and located right off of the bike path. GREAT for kids with our location next to the swimming pool. NARTA bus stop very close as well. Tennis club across the street. High speed wireless internet/ Cable

We are located right off the major trails.: The best location for access to Nantucket bike trails to different parts of the island as well as the beaches. True, affordable family fun.

The Pool: Every one of our guests can not believe how easily accessible the pool is. For those wind down times after the beach or if you do not feel like dealing with sand... you are right there.

absolutely delightfull

our vacation in nantucket was made ever more delightfull with this charming house set amongst the cluster of houses on the island/ the pool was close the bikes were great and all the appurtanences made each day perfect. we wont even count the weather which only added to our stay.our hosts were kind and informative and did everything to accomidate us including retreiving some gfifts left behind in the refrigerator and getting them back to us in montreal. thaks you for a wonderfull vacation Howard Katz

Perfect House in Beautiful Nantucket

Our family of 6 stayed in this charming home during August, for a week. Bike path is right next to the property and 2 bikes are even provided. The bus stops at the end of the street and there is even an adorable trading post at the corner, which is so convenient for snacks, sun lotion, toiletries, etc. Great house for kids with so many extras. Such a treat to have a pool in Nantucket too!!! Owner was very enjoyable to deal with and the neighbors were really great. I would happily reccommend to anyone!

We are pleased to write a very positive review for our Nantucket vacation accommodations. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with before during and after our rental. After just a few hours our family (my wife and I and our three kids, felt like this really was our home. We would definitely rent this property again. The pool was a godsend and the location was perfect for the beach, town shopping and all the incredible attractions that Nantucket offers.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family of seven stayed here for a week. The house was very clean and really felt like home. It is beautifully furnished like a beach house. The pool was so close and the kids had a great time playing in it! Owners we very easy and informative to work with. If you are looking to come to Nantucket this is a great place to stay!!

Great family rental

The house is charming; our family of five had a great time; the pool is beautiful and pretty much our back yard. The neighbors could not be friendlier or more helpful. A car is useful if you want easier access to the beach, which is only a few miles away, but the shuttle is workable, too. Town is about the same distance and very charming. There are also baseball fields around back which we used to play catch with our kids when it wasn't in use. We love this house and hope to come back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
