This condominium is located in prestigious New Seabury, Cape Cod. It is located right next to the quaint shops of Popponesset Marketplace with it's great stores and concerts. You can walk to Dean Pond and go fishing or look for the great snapping turtles. Minutes to Nantucket Sound, South Cape Beach, and other great beaches... Not to mention the great golfing in the area! There are winding New England bike trails, wonderful walking trails, seagulls, fresh salty air and beautiful breezes. You and your family or friends will love exploring the area and visiting Mashpee commons to catch a movie. You'll love the Raw Bar and the famous, enormous lobster rolls! You could take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket and enjoy the sights or stroll along the beaches. Even on a rainy day there's plenty to do. You can drive about 11 miles to the Cape Cod Mall, Drive 2 miles to the Cape Cod Children's Museum, or go the the Bookstore, Starbucks, or wonderful shops at Mashpee Commons!

New Seabury is located on the Upper Cape about 20 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. We love this area because it is on Nantucket Sound with so many beaches nearby. There is great golfing, hiking, fishing, shopping, movie theaters, arts, boutiques, restaurants and bars. To us this is the best part of the Cape. Your vacation photos should look like a postcard with beautiful sand dunes and ocean waves. We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do!

  • The condo was recently renovated with a new kitchen too! There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The third area is a cozy sleeping loft with a full size bed. The final sleeping area is a pull out sofa in the living room. While you could fit 8 people we are listing this as a maximum of six because it is a small, cozy 750 sq. ft. condo. and eight people would be too many for this space!

Notes: The Stendahl Condominiums consist of 20 units across the street from the Popponesset Inn. This is an ideal condo for you to rent if you are attending a wedding there this summer or fall. You can walk to the wedding! The condo association does not allow us to have renters bring pets. We do not allow smoking in the unit. You can however, smoke on the patio or deck if you would like. The condo association does not allow excessive noise after 10 pm.

There are so many fun things to do in New Seabury and Mashpee. We've been vacationing in New Seabury for many years and we still haven't seen it all! We have children from 9 years old to 14 years old and they all love it at the Cape! There is truly something for everyone! The Popponesset Marketplace has free concerts on Saturday nights. You can walk right to the marketplace from the condo and have a great evening of dining, music, and shopping. The kids love 'Emma's Sugar Shack' and 'Emack and Bolio's' for icecream and treats. You can walk , bicycle, (or drive) one mile to the Popponesset Spit. Also known as Wading Place. There are hermit crabs for the kids to find and it's a great place to launch your kayak! You could also drive to other beaches such as South Cape Beach. We do not have a membership to the Popponesset Country Club or to the Popponesset Inn (which has an indoor pool). You could however, inquire about getting a temporary membership while you are visiting!

Other Activities: Adventure Isle in Bourne has go-carts, bumper boats, roller skating, arcade.

We rented this condo the first 2 weeks of July! What a find! As a family of 4 with 2 boys it offered many activities that they could do near bye. They particularly enjoyed going to the Pomponessett Market Place, playing mini golf and the evening concerts. The Raw Bar was one of my favorite stops for the wonderful lobster roll! Down the road to the left when leaving the Complex is the fishing bridge where my boys spent many early mornings and late afternoons fishing and meeting new friends! The South Cape Beach, which is a State Beach, is fantastic with a great view of Martha's Vinyard. Ther is no charge for this beach. The location is not only close to Falmouth but is approximately 30 minutes from Hyannis and S. Yarmouth where we usually stay, so we were able to go to all of our favorite places ther as well! The property was very clean and well kept and with a washer and dryer, whoo Hoo we were all set! It was great not having to bring linens, towels etc.

Grat Place to Stay

We stayed at this location July of 2007 and could not have been happier. We have two young children and while the place is small we only spent time to sleep and shower there as there is so much to do close by. You can walk to the Marketplace in seconds for morning coffee, lunch, dinner or the evening concerts that are great for kids. There is also ice cream and mini golf and do not forget the Raw Bar for a lobster roll. You can walk to the beach and fishing or it is only a short drive to the town beach that is a great beach also.
