The home is furnished to a very high standard and has an extended South facing pool deck, its a perfect home to relax in after a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping Malls. The deck itself measures 30x40 ft. The pool is 14x30 with spa attached.

Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest communities to the Disney theme parks and very close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets situated on 192 West. Universal Studios, Islands of adventure and Sea World are also within a 25 minute drive from the resort via Interstate 4.

The home is fully air conditioned, plus all bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as Cable TVs. There are two Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms. The main master has a King bed while the 2nd Master Suite has a Queen. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed with bathroom directly across the hall, while the 4th and 5th bedrooms have two twins in each and share the 4th bathroom.

Emerald Island is located just off Highway 192 where you will find many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is also a short distance to the Disney theme parks ( about 3 miles). Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks are about 30 minutes away with Sea World about 20 minutes. Shopping malls are also a short distance, all within 15 to 30 minutes. There is also many fabulous golf courses within minutes drive.

  • All bedrooms have cable TV. There is also 2 Pac n' plays which can be used as cribs for babies/toddlers which will increase the maximum sleeping arrangements to 12. There is also 2 strollers, 1 high chair and a baby swing chair free for our guests use should you require them. Although the home is fully air conditioned, all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the three remaining bedrooms on the upper floor.

Hello Mark and Hannah.

How nice to get a welcome home email from you! I should have expected it really - your whole package, from your web details and design to your directions and instructions were /are excellent.

Your villa is beautiful, we were so pleased when we arrived there. For a villa that is let out as often as yours is, well, it was just brilliant. And so close to Disney! It's great to get something that does what it says on the tin. Yours met all our expections and then some.

Our daughter goes to university this September and she has always wished to go to Disney, as did our neighbours 2 girls (all 7 of us enjoyed it) so I think that we will go back to the USA but not Disney. However, we have friends who are thinking of going and there is no doubt about it - we will recommend your villa. And this is something I would not do lightly. Because if it wasn't good, my name would be mud!
