KITCHEN & DINING ROOM: Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen complete with Kitchen Aid cookware, hand-painted dishes, quality flatware, sharp knives, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, crock pot, plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes & great kitchen accessories & gadgets to please any cook. And, yes, you can cook with gas! There is a second full refrigerator for packing away food for an entire week!

The gracious dining room looks out on astoundingmountain views in several directions. Dine inside on the beautiful table or go out the sliding glass doors to the deck beyond to eat alfresco. This front patio area feels like a second living room for relaxing & visiting while you take in the fresh air & breath-taking mountain views. For a change of setting, you can also enjoy the large back deck off the kitchen where there is another eating area & views of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wherever you sit, you can watch the scenes unfold from early morning mists, crisp clear view after a rain or the hues of the sunset sky.

WONDERFUL AMENITIES!: There are 6 televisions throughout the home & an extensive DVD & VHS movie library. Each bedroom (2 Kings & 2 Queens) has a TV/DVD/VCR as well as a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with HDMI 16:9, surround sound & premium movie channels in the living room & a 37 inch HDTV/DVD in the family room. There are fun board games for added entertainment.

For your added convenience, there are 2 full size washers & dryers & 2 large refrigerators and an endless hot water system.

It’s a diverse multi-cultural blend of mountain folk and cosmopolitan society set in a dramatically beautiful mountain setting. It is my heart-felt desire to provide gorgeous welcoming homes in spectacular settings and to share this town with you!

With all the special touches, I promise you that my vacation rental homes will feel as though you are staying at a friend’s warm inviting home rather than a 'vacation rental house.' You'll appreciate the tasteful decor and thoughtful care my homes reflect. Each home has been lovingly remodeled, elegantly furnished, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully accessorized with special amenities to pamper you including massage chairs, hot tubs, high speed wireless Internet, king beds with sumptuous bedding, HDTV’s & DVD's, movie libraries, quality well-equipped kitchens, fireplaces, central heat & air conditioning, washers & dryers and much more!

Unique to my homes are all the amenities offered for babies and children. There are cribs, pack-n-plays, strollers, high chairs, baby bath tubs, stuffed animals & blankies. Older children love to play on the outdoor playgrounds with forts, slides, swings, climbing walls, etc. plus games, books, toys, kids DVD movies and more. Kids of all ages love to roast marshmallow at the firepits.

My homes are easily accessed, right in-town, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. No winding mountain roads to get lost in or long drives to town. The homes are in peaceful, lush vacation spots where you can relax and feel at home.

Rather than dealing with a third party management company with limited business hours & knowledge of a home, you can deal directly with me, the owner. I am available to you 7 days-a-week, anytime between 9 AM and 7 PM and after hours for emergencies. I know my properties intimately because I have personally had them restored, remodeled, furnished and equipped. YOU are my full time business! Because I live locally, I am available whenever you call.

Asheville & Hendersonville are a golfer’s paradise where the strikingly beautiful scenic settings provide a lush backdrop to your golf experience! These are a few of the public courses near our luxury vacation rental homes:

The upscale BROADMOOR GOLF LINKS located in the lush French Broad River Basin is a certified Audubon Society award winning 18-hole Par 72, 7000 yards golf course known for its bent grass greens & practice facility. You will encounter ponds, streams, views & abundant wildlife.

The HIGH VISTA GOLF COURSE is a scenic mountain valley 6935 yards, 18-hole championship golf course, with spectacular 360 degree views & variety of challenging terrain! Although in a private gated community, this lush course is open to the public

The ORCHARD TRACE GOLF CULB is an 18 hole par-3 course w/2,139 yards of golf from the longest tee. It has a course rating of 54 & a slope rating of 113. It’s perfect for a quick 18 hole game & reasonable green fees. Night golf is a great treat!

The CUMMNINS COVE GOLF is an 18 hole par 71 course w/long-range vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains at this 3,000’ elevation. Fairways are lined w/trees, lakes, streams, waterfalls & spectacular mountain views! From the longest tee, there are 6,415 yards of golf. The course rating is 70.1 & a slope rating of 129 on Bermuda grass.

There is also a twin air bed with automatic inflate/deflate built-in pumps. The crib for your use has bumper pad and bedding and there are 2 Pack N Plays as well. The View Chalet was absolutely gorgeous!! We visited the Biltmore, Chimney Park and Grandfather Mountain while vacationing in North Carolina and what a lovely home to come back to in the evenings. The view was out of this world and the home was equipped with everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The hot tub, hammock and massage chair were all big hits with the family! Thanks again for sharing this lovely home!!

A Great Place To see North Carolina

We found the home to be in perfect order. The lights were on for us and specific instructions about the home were easy to find. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was furnished with all the needed appliances and dishes. We all commented on how the towels felt like a 5-star hotel. It snowed while we were there and being from Texas it gave us a special treat. The home was centerally located to all our activities and cities we were interested in visiting. The view from the deck was picture perfect! We all had a great and relaxing time and would come back for another stay. We highly recommend this home for a family getaway or for a group of friends.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home (perfect location with an easy drive to area activities) with us. Love the VIEWS! We hate to leave. Everything has been just perfect & we have wanted for nothing. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen & cozy blankets to use as we curled up to watch movies from your amazing collection.

We did lots of exploring: Dupont State Forest & Pisgah State Forest, Chimney Rock, the Biltmore House, the Blue Ridge Parkway up to Mt. Mitchell (much cooler all the way up there!), white water rafting, the Nature Center, Fun Depot, Blowing Rock in Boone, ziplining & more! We had great meals at Tupelo Honey Café, Zambras, 12 Bones BBQ & Acropolis Pizza & Twisted Crepe downtown.
We hope to make a return visit!

Thank you so much for having us this week! We came for our grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary. 7 people in our group in total. There was really something for everyone & we all felt right at home. We cooked dinner every night which was awesome but we went out for lunch most days,,,12 Bones BBQ MUST DO! (Especially the Ribs & Baked Beans.)

We enjoyed the firepit a couple nights. We made smores with Reeses Cups instead of Hershey Bars. Life Changing!

We tried many attractions like the Biltmore, Chimney Rock and zipline tours. One of the best attractions was the incredible views from your decks! Sad we have to leave tomorrow! Thanks again!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home with such amazing views! We had such a nice time visiting with our daughter and her family. They live in Virginia & us in Mississippi….it was a perfect place to meet up and visit.

We were all so impressed with the attention to details that was here. This is by far the best vacation home we have stayed in. We are planning to come back & stay in your rental homes again.
