Immaculate and bright A-Style, 1,200 square foot townhouse condo in the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort with A/C and wireless internet. The condo is maintained in excellent condition, including new tile and area rugs on the first floor. The living room includes a sloped cathedral ceiling that connects to the loft with a skylight. The loft may be transformed to a third bedroom, complete with a full-sized sofa-bed. The condo is placed in a quiet setting with a large field behind the condo offering views of the golf course and horse farm in the distance. The resort includes a golf course, 3 outdoor pools, 2indoor pools, locker rooms, saunas, hot tubs, kid's pools, tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, kids activities and a day camp, and several restaurants. In addition, the resort is connected to the 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for cyclists. Pool passes are included which allow renters to use any of the pools, the tennis courts and fitness facilities. Notes: This rental comes with pool passes that allow you access to any of the pool complexes, and fittness facilities for free. It also allows you assess to the tennis courts, but there is a court fee for the Fletcher tennis courts or Bay side tennis courts. There are 2 other tennis courts located down the road behind the Reef Cafe, that you can use without paying court fees. There is an alternate off-site tennis court with free access that if tennis is very important to you, I can arrange access to.

Loved the condo and fell in love with Cape Cod !!

Barbara is the most fantastic person to rent from !! We are from the UK and had some problems with my bank sending the money. Barbara was extremely patient waiting for me to sort this out (took over 4 weeks i think !!). Barbara was kind enough to also provide us with towels which was a great help and also provide us with her personal telephone numbers incase of any problems.

Plus points:
The pictures show the condo excatly as it is!! Very clean with all the mod cons that you need ie washer/dryer/dishwasher etc. Condo has 2 bathrooms one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Lots of info in the condo on things to do in and around the area. The pool is very close, approx 2 mins walking and very well kept (indoor and outdoor and also a kiddie pool). Barbara recommended a couple of beaches and restuarants to us which were excatly what we needed. Every beach is different depending on what you like. We really enjoyed the huge Atlantic waves which are great fun.

The condo is an excellent base in the Ocean Edge village and Brewster is just fantastic. We are looking forward to many more holidays in Cape Cod !!

Great place to stay with the family . The indoor pool is 2 min away and many activities really close. We could use more tools and pots and pans in the kitchen but apart from that it was A1. The owners are also easy to communicate with.

My husband, myself, my son, his wife and 10 month old granddaughter had a 2 night stay at this condo that was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. We used the indoor pool available and enjoyed this beautiful area. I would stay her again! If you have a toddler, I would bring a child proof gate for the spiral stair case. My granddaughter isn't walking yet so it was perfect for our little get together!

Great family vacation rental!

This was our first visit to Ocean Edge and we had a great time! It’s located right off the Cape Cod Rail Trail and with so many resort amenities (pool, tennis, fitness center, …), there’s so much to do! The condo was bright, clean and comfortable- we had more than enough room for our family of 3. And the owners were very pleasant to work with- professional and quick to respond to inquiries. We highly recommend that others rent this home for their family vacation.

We have been spending our summer vacations at Ocean Edge for 18 years. This property has been one of the nicest that we've rented. It is clean, bright and has plenty of space for our family of five. The location within Ocean Edge is ideal with close proximity to pools, basketball, tennis and the fitness center. We plan to continue renting this condo and recommend it highly!
