GREAT PLACE AT A GREAT PRICE!!! Many happy guests have stayed at my place located at the prestigious Fairways at Mauna Lani Resort . This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story townhome offers luxury resort living at an incredible value. Tranquil, spacious, tastefully decorated and exceptionally appointed. A 32 inch flat screen TV and wireless high speed internet service add to the list of amenities. The gourmet kitchen is finished with granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and high end stainless steel appliances. The large outdoor lanai is great for entertaining and BBQ'S with the Viking gas grill. The upstairs suite is an oasis with a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and private lanai. The laundry room is complete with full sized washer and dryer. A private recreation area with pool and waterfall, jacuzzi spa, and entertainment pavilion, is dedicated just for guests.   • Payment equivalent to two nights stay is due in order to have a confirmed booking. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to arrival for full refund of prepayment minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 nights may be charged $400 if a replacement booking cannot be found. Owner will make every effort to find a replacement booking and is not into keeping any deposits, but has to put something in this space. Thanks.

Everything was at our disposal...loved the Fairways set-up, pool, falls, home patio w/BBQ. Convenience of washer/dryer w/soaps. The private beach was great, the Orchid Resort was a bit of heaven on earth at dusk. The little shops close by were appreciated...especially Marble Slab Ice Cream!
Owner was gracious and ready to assist. Could use written instruction for TV use for those of us over 50...tee hee.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Peaceful, Relaxing Family Fun

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband stayed for about 2 weeks during the summer of 2008. We had a wonderful time. The townhome is an end unit which was clean and well-maintained with its own garage. The complex is very quiet, and a peaceful, freshwater pool is a short walk away. The townhome is within walking distance to some beautiful beaches including Pauoa Bay and the beach at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. On the day of our arrival, the owner personally greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. We remained in contact with him and he even set us up in Puako with a day of fun water/snorkeling activities. I can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was and I would recommend this townhome to anyone staying on the Big Island.

This property was fabulous. Clean, well maintained & perfect for 2 couples, families, etc. We stayed 8 nights with 2 small children. There was a pack & play, a toddler bed, high chair, booster chair, beach toys, indoor toys & even outlet plugs already in place. The grill, appliances, washer & dryer & beds were all top notch. This is a VERY quiet development. The pool & hot tub are extremely close to this unit, but not close enough to create any noise issues. There is even a kiddie pool that is about 2 feet deep (estimate). Rental includes entrance to a private beach club that was beautiful, well-shaded with a sandy beach & free use of wooden lawn chairs with cushions & sun awnings. Every need was met. The owner lives nearby & even bought a new air pump b/c 1 of the 2 bikes had a flat tire. Seriously, can't say enough about this property which made our family trip enjoyable. The nearby grocery store is expensive, go to Costco or Safeway.
