Condo is located on California's Gold Coast strip of land which lies between Channel Islands Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. You can walk to almost everything that this beach community can offer. Sailing, surfing, kayaking, whale watching, boating, etc. just a few hundred feet from the door steps. Centrally located for all California's central coast attractions. Santa Barbara, Solvang, Santa Inez Wine Country, Ronald Regan's Presidential Library, The Getty Center, Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Pasadena all are within an hour's drive.

The condo was even better than I expected. The pictures did not do it justice. It was extremely clean, well maintained, and the
furnishings were very new. A very easy and short walk to the beach and the area was very convenient and safe for walking or biking. The owner was available by phone and e-mail to answer questions before our stay and was very helpful with information regarding the area. The condo is convenient to restaurants, shopping, activities and nearby cities.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
