For people that are busy and still need to stay in touch - computer, cable and phone Large family? Large kitchen to cook up those big dinners and combine friends and family in one location!! Air mattresses are provided. All-new appliances and kitchen has microwave......extremely clean. Washer and Dryer. Close to Woodland Park for wining and dining. Cripple Creek close by for the gambler in your group. =) Rock caving in Florissant, Wild Wolf Park, and the Dinosaur Museum is also located in the vicinity. One hour from the Colorado Springs Airport. We encourage our guest(s) to take full advantage of this location & explore the Pikes Peak Region.

Lake, peace and quiet close to Pike National: Clean quiet house on large lake, views of Pikes Peak, and no traffic for miles. free wood in the winter! free plow in the winter, poles on site during fishing season Should you need we have two Queen size Air mattress' with automatic air and deflate......your away from it all but close enough to mini market to buy groceries. Gambling right down the road along with skiing!! Yes, large dogs allowed. Large Fenced area to keep safe, and dog house with plenty of running room! Linens and towels are provided at no extra charge. Enjoy that morning coffee overlooking the Lake and watching the geese and ducks. Adults 10 per day if you choose to fish. Children are no longer free effective 2009 fishing seasons, $5 per day. **snow plow on site with snow removal offered for the deep snow.

Also accept credit cards through Pay Pal link: Checks are accepted 60 days in advance, or money orders. Please keep in mind the calender is up to date, and first pay first served. I answer email immediately and don't hold until a payment of deposit or pay pal link comes thru.

one of many great testimonies: I am Doris Yinger's sister, one of the infamous Beatty clan! I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your house last week. We are so scattered, it is hard for us to get together very often. It was great that we could all stay together in one place. Our reunion was a memorable one. Now my job is to make a year book. I should have many, many pictures to choose from this year. We so much enjoyed watching the deer, especially the fawns. At one time or another, we all tried to get pictures of them!!! Thank you phyllis.

Ski: Over an hour to Breckenridge for skiing. If some like to ski, or gamble during the winters, this is the house! Variety to do in the area for different type groups.

Golf: golf is avail at the woodland park Golf Course, pls review info. on their website

Other Activities: Rafting, fly-fishing and fresh air...30 min. Cripple Creek and 40 minutes to d/t Colorado Spgs

exceptional value for the space

Now I understand why your calender is so full. The house is well maintained, clean and lots, lots of space. Mom and Dad insisted on a fire every night (lots of wood) so we didn't need to buy it like in previous rentals Dad took the kids down daily for fishing in the boat, and Mom and I took off to Cripple Creek twice; no luck, but a great time. Massive home with lots of space for the children to play, and witnessed the deer strolling through every morning. Views were spectacular, and have recommended to friends in Tacoma. We didn't need out of state fishing license nor the poles which was extra pleasant since we flew in to COS. Dad is planning a man retreat next summer!!

no time to fish

house is immaculately maintained as stated. Appreciate the excellent customer service and prompt call back to questions. Seven falls was a treat for a day, and the Royal Gorge spectacular. Not enough time up here in the Mountains!!!

we brought our two grandchildren and had the best time. Layout was extra spacious and excellent customer service. Had no problems, and highly recommended. Our favorite was the wolf park in Florissant, but three days was not sufficient to see all that this area had to offer. Thank you, Grace and Herb

clean, gorgeous, and utmost care in this home

pride of ownership shows, and loved the area! We spent a couple of days hiking this valley along with exploring the pikes peak region. Mini store down the road a couple of miles allowed us to pick up some items that we forgot. Highly recommend to family and friends and plan to come back next May, thank you for information and welcome packets on this area allowing better planning for our group.
