We are located one block from Columbus Circle, in zip code 10023. According to the NY Times, this is the hottest, most desirable neighborhood in Manhattan. Within a zero to 15 minute walk you have more at your fingertips than anywhere else on the planet. Museums, Central Park, theater, 5-star restaurants, cheap ethnic restaurants, Times Square, jazz, symphony, Julliard, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, shopping, you name it...all within a zero to 15 minute walk. In about 20 minutes subway/bus ride, you can be nearly anywhere in Manhattan. 5 subway lines and 8 bus lines are a block away.
Our building has only 3-5 units per floor and a workout gym. In NYC, this is called a 'luxury hi-rise condo, with 24 hour white glove doorman and concierge building'. This is the most sought after real estate in New York. It doesn't get much better.
Our 1300 sqft (130 square meters) apartment is very nice and has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full marble bathroom, and a large living room/dining room. Each has 10 foot ceilings (3m), 7 foot high windows with excellent light and open city views in the day and lovely city lights at night. Also a third powder room (half bath). We have a washer and dryer in the apartment-unique in NYC. A nearly new building, it is all modern and well appointed with marble, granite, high-end appliances and nice furniture. The 2nd BR is made up for two kids/teens with two twin beds.
This is our primary residence. We are non-smokers and are looking for very respectful guests for 1-2 weeks in July or August, Christmas holiday, or during certain school breaks, long weekends.
Strong preference for 2 adults and 2 kids maximum.

Wonderful executive home in the best location. You'll love it like we do. This hi-rise property is only about 14 years old, with a modern excellent layout. Solid, very comfortable, very clean, well appointed, uncluttered. Safe, quiet and friendly, this white-glove building is manned by no-fuss doormen and concierge 24 hours a day.
In the center of everything New York City. Well designed home, open views, perfect for a responsible couple with one or two kids. Take the elevator downstairs and you're already in the best neighborhood in New York City.
I highly recommend this property. You will experience the best location and the best hospitality!! Fortunately, I had a chance to meet landlord family on my business trip to NYC before my Christmas holidays that I was planned to take my family. The family were very kind, not only show the property but guided me their neighborhood until late evening. Before I rent the property, we became just like an old friend through exchanging of emails with topics of our families. For your information, 1) Location: Perfect!! Just 5 minutes walk from Columbus station which is a hub of subway access everywhere you want to go. They have pharmacy and glossary stores in the next block, wonderful food market in the Time Warner building as well. So many restaurants hesitate to choose. The Lincoln Center located nest block, we enjoyed New York Philharmonic year-end concert just walked few minutes! 2) Property: High rise apartment with 24 hours doorman and concierge, clean, well furnished and you may find their hospitality everywhere such as sophisticated amenities and welcome drinks and snacks with warm letter. In conclusion, you can hardly ask for more than this for your great stay in NYC!!
