This townhouse was in the perfect location. Easy access to the highways. I along with 5 other girls enjoyed ourselves in the cozy townhouse. Keyless entry was perfect so we didn't have to worry about losing keys or anyone getting locked out. The Atlantic Station shopping district was literally across the street; very convenient. We were able to walk across the street to the Aveda Nani Spa and enjoy a great dinner at Strip (great sushi and drinks!) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Atlanta area and would rent again. The owner was very nice and available to answer any questions.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Nice property

Let me say first that this is a nice property in a location that is in close proximity to all kinds of stores and restaurants. If you are attending meetings at the convention center and/or hotels close by to the convention center a taxi will cost about $12 or 30-40 minutes via shuttle bus and then MARTA.

I agree with a previous review that there seems to be some communication issues between owner and property manager. Ask lots of questions before your stay. Some of the ammenities that are listed on this website are not actually included in the property.

The internet is provided via wireless router which was out of service during our entire stay. The phone was also out of service during our entire stay despite having requested resolution on our first day on the property.
Also there was:
No coffee pot
No hair dryer (received at 9pm second day)
No shampoo/soap (we brought based on feedback posted on web page from a prior guest)
Cleanliness upon arrival was lacking

Again, this is a nice property and I think some of this can be attributed to just plain bad luck but it unfortunately affected our opinion of the place.

Ask lots of questions before booking

This townhome is lovely, with great furnishings and in a convenient location for downtown work/sightseeing. However, the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, we had to call repeatedly just to get soap, shampoos (which were supposed to be there) and the half-bath did not even have a soap dispenser! The property manager and the concierge seem like nice people but clearly there is a communication problem between the owner and the managers, and I found myself making several phone calls to the owner, and the manager, and the housekeeping person who also doubles as concierge.
The biggest drawback is the AC was woefully inadequate to cool a 3-level townhome for 10 people in the atlanta heat wave. The property description claims 10 people can sleep, but the basement does not cool at all, it never did during our entire stay of 3 nights. We ended up all cramming on the two upper floors. We also had to plan our day so as to not use the townhome during the hottest part of the day because it was insufferable on the main floor. The owner did try to address the issue (by remote control), but it was a complex chain of command from him to the property manager to the A/C technician who finally put some freeon, but even that did not cool the basement. I live in Florida where we also have the heat index spiking up, but I also know that effective cooling can be achieved with a good A/C system.
Overall, the townhome was a good facility for us, although general housekeeping has to be really stepped up.
By the way, we got excellent pizza at 11.30 at night from the 5-star pizza near CVS, and they even delivered one free pizza because they forgot the second pizza on the first trip.

My husband and I were looking forward to spending time with our daughter, her husband and out first grandchild. We were so happy we found this rental, it had everything we wanted and needed. We went to the Georgia aquarium, Atlanta Zoo, and High Museum. Also enjoyed going shopping and eating at Atlantic Station, so many shops and restaurants to chose from. We most definitely will return when we go to Atlanta again. The home is beautifully decorated and homey, loved spending time there in the evenings with our family. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed.

We truly enjoyed our stay here in this tastefully designed Condo. The location is near great restaurants, nightlife and good shopping, which my wife just loved. It's also close to the Georgia Aquarium, which is a great attraction for not just my kids but the whole family. Atlantic Station is so cool. We will book our stay here again!! Kevin F. and Family
