This large, 1200 sq ft view condo is perched over the marinas of Coal Harbour in downtown Vancouver. With a lovely sunny balcony to enjoy the outside, and a well appointed and beautifully finished interior this is your home away from home. You will enjoy the excellent walking (or cycling) access to the best of Vancouver. Within a few minutes walk you will encounter: Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquarium, The Seawalk where you can stroll to the Vancouver Conference Centre and all of its attractions, Robson and Denman Streets, both renowned for their shops and restaurants, the Business District and Downtown Vancouver, and Gastown. The beaches of English Bay are about 15 - 20 minutes walking or a quick and glorious bike ride through the park. The surrounding area also provides all manner of supplies and amenities, such as bike and boat rentals, fishing charters, harbour tours, grocery and convenience stores.
