One car garage! It is a truly beautiful property and perfect for entertaining family & friends. The front view overlooks S. Mountain. The back deck overlooks the roaring Pemigawasset River. Rental includes entry into The Mountain Club, Loon's premier private clubhouse, with the Viaggio spa,fitness center, yoga & exercise classes, steamroom, sauna, indoor & outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Rental inlcudes a mid-week 20% discount on spa services & free bike rentals.
South Peak is the finest resort in the area. It is truly a 4 season family resort w/activities for all ages.
