The Village at Maplewood is located in Bethlehem, NH a 5 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Area or a 15 minute drive to Cannon Mountain, also one could ski at Loon Mountain for a 30 minute drive. Three great mountains to choose from ! The condo is 2,000 sq. ft. and 2 floors of living space, it is perfect for a large family. The main floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and large master bedroom with full bath. Upstairs has two large bedrooms with an adjoining full bath with a whirl pool tub, both upstairs bedrooms have two twins apiece. There is also a loft on the second floor for additional sleeping or use as an additional TV room. This unit offers you wonderful ski weekend/vacation memories.

Notes: The association has a wonderful recreation center with a full fitness center with all new equipment, locker room with showers, sunken hot tub/jacuzzi and large indoor heated pool. In the summer months the pool house patio doors are opened to allow for cool breezes to flow through and give access to the large sun deck outside. Just beside the rec center are two tennis courts, a horse shoe pit and a two hole chipping green to practice your short game. Also on the property are beautifully maintained wooded walking trails.

My family has been renting this unit for years our first time was in the summer of 2007 we liked it so much that we returned the following year. Our latest visit was this past summer. The whole family looks forward to the vacation every year. The townhouse is so big it accommodates our large family and friends without feeling cramped. Everything is clean and comfortable. All the kitchen appliances were new last year. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a nice big rental. Just look at the pictures!!

Nice place for a vacation

The townhouse is enormous and nicely kept, everything was very clean and in working order. The owner called us on our second day to insure that everything was to our liking and to inquire if we needed anything. Our family was traveling with another family with children and the finished basement with the playroom was a God send!! The children had their space to be kids and the adults had their own quiet living room to talk. The recreation center was very nice. We used the pool and hot tub daily. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, it was everything that it advertised itself to be.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the quality of this property. The front screen door was torn, the futon was broken, the stair capeting had a terribly strong urine odor, the matresses were of very poor quality and uncomfortable, the couches were stained, wallpaper was peeling and some walls had dents and cracks and there was a queen sized mattress thrown in the backyard making playing on the lawn unappealing. There was also no washer and drier which made staying a week a great inconvenience. This property was rented at too high a rate to merit the poor condition and quality. We could not recommend this property again.
