This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, high-speed internet access, queen sofa bed, king bed in MBR, huge bathroom plus stunning mountain and valley views. The Appalachian has a private courtyard with 4-season pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, and underground heated parking.

I recently rented the condo during the summer. I had the most wonderful time and found that it was such a relaxing getaway! The condo was beautifully decorated with elements condusive to a mountain getaway. The condo is very spacious for a 1br and has a lovely balcony over looking the pool area and ski slope. Gerry was verry attentive to any questions I had and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly reccomend renting from Gerry again. I will certainly be back once ski season comes!
